“Sarah was amazing with my pup and went out of her way to meet him in person prior to booking. She sent multiple photos of him every day, was quick to respond to my messages and great at handling him! This was my first time using Rover and I will definitely be using again!”

“Dixie agreed to a last minute booking to walk Winston for a few days. He can be a bit nervous around new people, but he warmed up right away. Dixie was reliable and asked questions to make sure she was prepared for any quirks Winston might have on walks I was so relieved to know he was taken care of while I was away from home. I would highly recommend Dixie!”

“Great communication before and after each walk. I definitely would trust her with my pup if I ever need a walker or sitter again! Highly recommend if you need someone to take care of your pets.”

“Nancy is great. Extremy professional. Excellent communication and service. Nancy clearly takes her care for your pet very seriously. We look forward to working with her in the future.”

About: I enjoy dogs more than people. When I used to live on Guam, there was a period i was watching 4 dogs, 2 of which were mine. One happened to be a pit bull, and another happened to be rottweiler. The other 2 were medium sized. Now, that I am no longer in Guam I have 3 dogs that me and my wife take care of. I have my 2 from Guam. I havent been around all types of dogs, but I really enjoy them all. I find their different personalities and their energy levels interesting. I enjoy walking my dogs, so I think it would be fun to walk other peoples dogs. When I’m not working and time permits, i like taking my pups hiking in the mountains with me. Thank you for checking out my profile ! I walk my three girls at least five days a week. And when I have a day off, i love taking them into the mountains. Each dog is different. Different pup parents have different plans for their babies, so their rules come first. But if permitted, i would love to share the same trails I explore with our four legged partners.
“Dylan was excellent! Came over to do a meet and greet the next day and came over every day to walk my dog for two weeks. I would highly recommend.”

About: For the past 15 years, I've been taking care of not only my dog but others as well. Big dogs, medium dogs, small dogs, puppies, adults, or seniors, it does not matter. I would love to play and cuddle with yours! Starting May 25, I will be available 24/7 until about middle of July. Most of the year, I work full-time, but I do have breaks (fall, winter, spring, and summer) throughout the year that give me more availability. Please note that if you book me during working days, I have more restrictions but will always be upfront with you about them. Weekends are always available, no matter what time of year! I do as instructed. I've had clients that only wanted me to stop by throughout the day but stay the night and ones that preferred I stayed at the house most of the time. No backyard? That is okay! I love going on walks for potty breaks and play time. Whatever you instruct, I will follow.
“Crissy was very professional, asked all the appropriate questions to ensure my dog’s needs were taken care of. I will 100% have her watch my dogs again. Excellent!”

About: Hi, I'm Dan! My best buddy Yama was born in January of 2019, he is now a seven year old good boy. I am a former Army infantry medic and am attending graduate school remotely from my house. I grew up on a farm in Oregon where I was surrounded with all sorts of animals from a young age. I love all animals, especially dogs. My style is fairly permissive, especially with other people's dogs, but I am clear on boundaries, redirect when needed, and give lots of love and positive energy. I don't buy into the dominance theory training methodology and am a big fan of Karen Pryor's training methods. I am happy to answer any questions you have on my philosophy. I live and work at home, so we do daily walks, play time in the backyard, mental enrichment activities, and low active / layabout sessions. I work from home full-time, so your dog is never left alone for long and always has eyes on them throughout the day. My home has a securely fenced yard, and I take introductions between dogs slowly and intentionally, reading body language carefully before giving anyone free run of the space. My seven year old dog Yama is a steady, positive presence who helps visiting dogs settle in. I use positive reinforcement exclusively because a dog that feels safe and understood is a dog that behaves safely. If anything ever seems off medically or behaviorally, I'll contact you promptly - that being said, that hasn't ever happened.
“Jerica is so professional and kind. She took the time to meet my dog and talk to me before her first visit to ensure she understood exactly what was needed. She is very thoughtful and I can tell that she cares a lot for the animals she looks after :)”

“My puppy loves having Mara come play with him while I’m at work 💕 She communicates very well and has always been flexible when I’ve needed last minute schedule changes!”

“Jessica is so kind and flexible! She accepted a same day booking for a walk and communicated well about making adjustments for the weather. We will definitely be repeat clients!”

“Jennie was very flexible and accomodating with scheduling an initial meeting and walking our dog while we had a last minute trip out of town. He can be a handful on walks and she did really well with him! On top of that, our flight got cancelled and Jennie was nice enough to walk and feed our dog an extra night and morning before we could get home! I really appreciated that she didn't just leave him to fend for himself alone and made time in her schedule to help us out!”

“Rebecca is awesome! Is is very communicative when it comes to when she will be present and how the pets are doing. She is great with my dogs! (Hire her!)”

“Tess was a wonderful helper at our home. She was kind, patient, and understanding with our senior pups. She sent lots of photos and updates. We have 100% confidence in her skills and trustworthiness. Plan to ask her back again.”

“Jessica was amazing! She was always so prompt and was very patient with my silly guy. She always made sure he felt loved and cared for while I was gone. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!”

Southeast Colorado Springs dog parents share their Rover experiences
Janet is exceptional! From the moment we met, I felt comfortable with Janet (and so did Dar!!). We had a very nice and intentional meet and greet, and the rest is history. She is so good with Dar, and the peace of mind Janet offers through communication, photos, and her authentic behaviors is invaluable!! Thank you so much!!!

Margaret had excellent communication while I was out of town. She took care of my dog and my cats. She's very trustworthy, had full access to my house, and took care of everything she needed to. I would 100% hire her again and recommend her as your dog walker and sitter.

Mackenzie was so awesome! She was so sweet to my pup and really took care of him. She was prompt on his walking schedule, and she gave excellent updates on every walk. I was so happy every time she shared what they did on his walks, which eased my mind greatly. I will definitely rebook with Mackenzie in the future, she was great!

Dylan was great!! So glad I found him on here and will definitely reach out to have him walk Bogey in the future. My giant silly goose of a dog is not the best at walking on a leash, so it means a lot to have found someone that I trust to walk him! He is my baby child so I am very protective, and I am grateful that Dylan took such good care of him while I was out of town.
