“Salomé is an absolutely wonderful house and pet sitter! Attentive, communicative, affectionate, and always leaves our house spotless and our cat happy. Thank you Salomé!”

“We couldn’t have asked for a better dog and house sitter. Kaedon took such thoughtful, attentive care of our boys. They were happy, relaxed, and clearly well loved while we were away, which gave us so much peace of mind. Communication was effortless from start to finish. He was responsive, reliable, and kept us updated. We also came home to an incredibly clean, well kept house, which honestly felt like such a luxury after traveling. It’s clear he treats your home with the same level of respect and care as he does your animals. We would absolutely trust Kaedon again with our home and our pets, and recommend him without hesitation.”

“We LOVED Dawn. She was communicative but not overbearing. She left our home spotless and we returned home to very happy pets. Couldn’t be more thankful we found her.”

“Mario is wonderful. Our pups were happy, house was clean and it’s so awesome to leave with no worries about the care of our fur babies! Thanks Mario!❤️”

“Edyn was a wonderful Rover for my 6 yr old mini Schauzer. In fact, we've booked her again already. She's very prompt, sent photos and updates, and clearly loves dogs. Highly recommended”

“Nora is the BEST!!! So kind, went above and beyond, and my cat loved her! She regularly sent pictures and updates. It is such a great feeling to know my cat is in great hands when I’m on the road. We are so grateful for Nora and would absolutely book with her again :)”

“Brianne asked questions during our meet and greet to make sure she understood everything my dogs needed. She was patient with my little shy guy, who didn't take long to warm up to her and she was patient with my little old man's needs as well. I appreciated Brianne's frequent pictures and updates. :)”

“Cassandra was great. She took care of our dogs and house as if it were her own. She even had to get rid of a ground squirrel one of our dogs caught…above and beyond care for sure! Will definitely ask her to care for them again on our next trip.”

“Rycheigh left our place cleaner than we left it! He was very communicative and kind with our dogs (and our one can be a bit of a brat). I get separation anxiety being away from my dogs and Rycheigh was very nice in giving me extra reassurance. Will definitely have him back and highly recommend! Thank you again!”

“Peyten did a terrific job! Most importantly she took great care of my pup. She spent hours playing and walking her each day. She took great care of my home and gave constant updates. I would definitely hire her again!”

“Alyissia did a wonderful job with our dog, and was a tremendous help in a sudden last minute crunch when we needed someone to sit with our dog. I am so grateful to have found her!”

“Dora was great with our pets. She is a fabulous communicator, sent pictures daily, and was an exceptional house / pet sitter!! 10/10 would recommend, and we’ve already booked her for our next trip!”

“Jamie did a great job dog sitting with our two older small dogs while we were away. They were well cared for and happy when we returned. She was very respectful of our house too. We would definitely schedule her again.”

“She was absolutely amazing. She communicated with us. Sent us pictures of our hyper boy. I would definitely recommend her for a sitter, and will definitely use her again!”

“Nicole is the absolute best!! She is my go-to dog sitter. I can tell from the pictures she sends my Poms love when she baby sits. I get updates and I know my dogs are in the best care with Nicole.”

“Dana was great with Rusty. She checked in with us a couple of times a day and sent us pictures to let us know how things are going. We will definitely try to hire her again in the future when we are out of town.”

About: I’ve been around dogs for as long as I can remember, but my experience really began when we moved to Colorado back in 2009. On a small plot of 5 acres my family kept dogs and horses, and as early as the age of 14 I was bucking hay not only for our animals, but for neighbors and family friends as well. I’ve taken care of not only dogs and horses, but for cats, chickens, ducks, goats and even alpacas! I have a soft spot for what some would consider „problem“ animals. As many pets as I have cared for I have yet to pick out one myself- they seem to find me. My current companion has a distant history of aggression and has bit me more than once in the past, but every day he makes me proud and proves to me that he was worth the patience. He hasn’t had an incident in over 4 years now! As a high-energy Husky breed he has pushed me to become more athletic to properly exercise him, and to invest time into learning how to communicate with dogs. Of the six queues dogs use to communicate (verbal, somatic, motion, location, eye contact and posture) his strongest is eye contact. In a game of charades, once he breaks eye contact I know I‘ve hit the mark, and he responds well on our walks to a tall, proud posture, tending to mimic with a cute little prance. I love my boy <3 I prefer volunteer work and odd jobs to traditional employment, so my schedule varies greatly depending on demand. I might take a job tending to someone’s yard or garden, feeding and playing with their pets, or cleaning their home, so I am typically able to fit a visit in about every 4-6 hours. I prefer to hit the gym Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday, and I walk my dog a minimum of twice a day, morning and night, which I will need to attend to if my roommate is unavailable. Otherwise I am available for visits, dog walks and house sitting any time or day of the week! I like to give time and attention to the animals I care for, more than just a quick visit, so I can come to know them. Plenty of care, play and exercise is my goal for walks and play dates.
“Maria was beyond amazing!!! She was even able to accommodate and stay an extra day when our flights got changed at the last minute. She kept us updated the entire time with videos and photos. She is truly a gem!!!”

“Hope came in super clutch on a short notice to take care of my dog and did such an amazing job tending to his needs and being there for him at all times! Absolutely recommend!!!”

Kaedon was amazing! My cat loved him very much and didn’t take long for her to warm up to him. He was very attentive and took great care of her. He kept up with her feeding and medication. He sent me pictures and updates everyday! I would love to rebook with him for all future vacations! :)

Rachel took wonderful care of our two dogs while staying at our home during our vacation, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience! She was communicative, dependable, and treated both our dogs and our home with great care and respect. We came home to two happy, well-cared-for pups and had complete peace of mind knowing they were in such capable hands. We would absolutely book Rachel again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for an exceptional house sitter and dog caregiver!
Mea was remarkable. Exemplary, above expectations. This was my, and my two dogs Winston and Gracie's, first interaction with Mea. It could not have gone better. Future future needs for animal (dog) coverage will include requests for Mea. Mea sent timely and appropriate pictures of my dogs, providing confidence and reassurance that they were happy and well taken care of. Highly recommended as a pet sitter.

Highly recommend Jessica! She was great with our fur babies, provided plenty of updates and took care of our home. We felt really comfortable leaving them knowing they were in good hands. The best sitter I have encountered on rover and highly recommend! She even did some artwork of our pets! Will definitely be my go-to.

Sarah is a beautiful human being and was so great with my pups. I have a dog with anxiety and she gave her her space to get used to her and by the end was so comfortable with her. My other dog warmed up to her right away, and wanted her attention. Don’t hesitate to have Sarah in your home taking care of your fur babies, they will be in great hands!!
