While with the dogs she kept in touch, sent photos and stayed with them. She was especially attentive to one of the pups who is very anxious around fireworks and made sure she stayed with her and she was comforted during the bangs. Mario— all I can say is THANK YOU for taking such incredible care of our girl while we were out of the country for two weeks!! This was our first time leaving our baby in the hands of someone other than family, but knew for this trip that logically it just made the most sense to hire someone to come to our house to both house/plant sit and take care of our fur baby in the comfort of her own home. Mario did not disappoint in any capacity!! I cannot tell you how incredible it was to have peace of mind while gone knowing my baby was well taken care of. He was extremely communicative, sending messages/photos every day and accommodating to all instructions and requests I had for our high maintenance pup!! We will only be using Mario going forward if at all possible!!! Even left a sweet note with a Polaroid of our pup for when we got home!! Book him for your pet sitting needs, I promise you won’t be disappointed!!
Lori is the best! I can’t rave enough about her love and care for our three boys. We have a wide array of personalities and needs amongst the three and she saw to each of them and ensured everyone got the love they needed. I received morning and evening updates with picture and returned home to a house that seemed even cleaner than when we left it. Lori is so attentive and caring I’d recommend her 13/10!
This was my first time using Rover services. I have a 8yr old Maltese, and a 5yr old Bichon/Poodle mix that do not know they are dogs, so boarding does not work. I wanted them to stay in their own environment during the 7 days we were away. Which meant, I needed to find someone to care for them in our home. After reading countless reviews on Rover, I decided to contact Jamie.l liked her bio, even though she didn’t have as many reviews as others, she was passionate about caring for animals, she wasn’t just saying the right words a pet owner wants to hear, she was genuine and sincere. My thoughts were confirmed when we met her for the first time. My dogs loved her, and that is all that mattered. Jamie understood the importance of following their daily routine, and didn’t deviate. We didn’t give her any household duties, just wanted her to focus on caring for the dogs. We were away over the 4th of July weekend and my Bichon has extreme anxiety issues with fireworks. The Vet prescribed medication to help her relax. Jamie administered the dose and monitored her for any adverse reactions. It is difficult to entrust anyone with the care of your pets that mean everything in the world to you. I never doubted Jamie’s genuine dedication to caring for them as if they were her own. She exceeded every possible expectation, and I only want her to care for our babies in the future.
After a sudden death in the family I needed a dog sitter ASAP to travel for funeral arrangements and Leilani was everything I needed! Responsive and responsible, it was such a relief knowing my dog was in good hands over the weekend. She handled my big 100lb mastiff wonderfully and my dog loved her. Would definitely book again!
Alexis stayed in our home while we were away vacationing for the past week. She took amazing care of our dog and 2 cats while we were gone. It was kind of amazing, actually - every time I thought, “I wonder how the pets and Alexis are doing,” I’d get an update from her within the hour! Needless to say, Alexis is a pro, and our trip was stress-free. The furry beasts were well cared for while we were away. Thanks Alexis!
Sophia did an incredible job house sitting for us and taking care of our dog and cat. From the very beginning, she was attentive and provided lots of updates and photos. Not only were the animals happy and well-loved, but we also came home to a clean house! Sophia went above and beyond by cleaning up and even doing the laundry before she left. Sophia is professional, trustworthy, and deeply caring. We will absolutely be booking her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a top-tier pet and house sitter.
Annika did absolutely amazing with our semi-complicated dogs, one of which is still a puppy! She helped our older dog stay calm and happy during fireworks and even gave up her 4th of July to stay with them. We came home to happy dogs, a clean home, and I swear my puppy is better behaved after having been with her. Will definitely be asking her to watch our dogs again. I cannot see enough good things about Janelle!! my Anya loved her, and I was so comfortable while I was away for a whole week. Janelle kept me updated on Anya’s status. I could not have been more please! My pup had never stayed with anyone outside the family before and I was very anxious, but Janelle really made it a great experience and I was able to relax and enjoy my vacation. I would not hesitate to rebook her again when the time is right. The best part was that she came and met Anya before, so Anya would get to know her.. Janelle was pleasant kind, and reassuring with myself and my puppy dog. Janelle puppy at my dog at home and my house was perfect upon my arrival back home.. kudos kudos kudos to Janelle.
