Growing up on a 30-acre farm in the Appalachian mountains, I gained invaluable hands-on experience caring for a diverse array of animals, including but not limited to salamanders, fish, and weasels, as well as rabbits, dogs, cats, birds, chickens, horses, cattle, and goats. In addition, I have volunteered with local animal rescues, where I’ve had the privilege of fostering and house training numerous pets. Integrating animals into my daily life is not just a job, it’s a dream come true. I am dedicated to providing thoughtful, compassionate care that is tailored to meet the individual needs of each pet. I offer in-home pet care services, ensuring your pet remains in a familiar, comfortable environment. I approach each animal with the same love and attention as I would my own, regardless of their breed, size, or health status. Services Offered Include: -Overnight Stays -Exercise and Playtime -Feeding and Medication Administration -Barn Chores and Farm Animal Care Thank you for trusting me with the care of your beloved pets. I mainly provided services within a 20 minute drive of downtown COS but am happy to discuss traveling outside of city limits when my schedule allows for an additional fee.

Alexis stayed in our home while we were away vacationing for the past week. She took amazing care of our dog and 2 cats while we were gone. It was kind of amazing, actually - every time I thought, “I wonder how the pets and Alexis are doing,” I’d get an update from her within the hour! Needless to say, Alexis is a pro, and our trip was stress-free. The furry beasts were well cared for while we were away. Thanks Alexis!

Schedule
Please be aware that during the workweek, potty breaks are scheduled approximately every 8 hours, as I have a full-time job. Midday potty breaks may be available occasionally depending on my schedule. I appreciate your understanding and flexibility as I strive to provide consistent and reliable care for your pets.
