This was my first time using Rover services. I have a 8yr old Maltese, and a 5yr old Bichon/Poodle mix that do not know they are dogs, so boarding does not work. I wanted them to stay in their own environment during the 7 days we were away. Which meant, I needed to find someone to care for them in our home. After reading countless reviews on Rover, I decided to contact Jamie.l liked her bio, even though she didn’t have as many reviews as others, she was passionate about caring for animals, she wasn’t just saying the right words a pet owner wants to hear, she was genuine and sincere. My thoughts were confirmed when we met her for the first time. My dogs loved her, and that is all that mattered. Jamie understood the importance of following their daily routine, and didn’t deviate. We didn’t give her any household duties, just wanted her to focus on caring for the dogs. We were away over the 4th of July weekend and my Bichon has extreme anxiety issues with fireworks. The Vet prescribed medication to help her relax. Jamie administered the dose and monitored her for any adverse reactions. It is difficult to entrust anyone with the care of your pets that mean everything in the world to you. I never doubted Jamie’s genuine dedication to caring for them as if they were her own. She exceeded every possible expectation, and I only want her to care for our babies in the future.

Jamie did a great job, taking care of our 3 dogs while we were gone for the week. I appreciate the peace of mind knowing all would be cared for.
