About: Hi! My name is heather and I am a total dog and cat lover! No matter the breed, age or quirky personalities I love them all. I used to volunteer at a shelter in Iowa where I spent most of my time keeping the immuno-compromised cats and dogs company as they had to be isolated from the others in the shelter. Since then, I’ve trained my own dogs to be potty trained outside and be comfortable riding in cars. I’ve taken care of dogs and cats for over 10 years. The longest I’ve cat sat was for 10 days and left a personal “journal” for the owners from the cats point of view. The longest I’ve dog sat was 7 days. I love walking dogs, The longer the walk the better so when mom and dad come home they are ready for all the cuddles. I'm bubbly and have been told I'm "high energy" so I love to play with animals but also know when it's time to just relax and be couch potatoes while watching Animal Planet. I've taken care of special needs dogs who are leash aggressive, I've worked with senior dogs who move a little more leisurely and I've worked with puppies - helping them get acclimated to walking with a leash and harness. I’m working full time as a physical therapist but am available to care for your loved furry friend Wednesdays and Fridays after 2:30. I am available Sundays after 1pm. I have a fenced back yard and my little guy loves to run around and chase leaves. Loves to sniff every twig. For my past clients I take their dogs for long walks in their neighborhood, sometimes run with them on lease if they have a ton of energy. About: I have about 15 years of pet care, not just with my own pets, but as a dog walker, a pet sitter, and a rescuer. I have experience with dogs and cats! As someone who believes that animal rights are super integral, I tried to go above and beyond for the animals in my neighborhood, even rescuing, squirrels and raccoons to make sure that they have a fighting chance of survival. In addition, I have experience with special-needs animals as well. I know how to administer insulin, do different kinds of oral medication’s, and even eardrops. Lastly, my experience ranges from puppies and kitties all the way to our senior puppies (older dogs never stop being our puppies). Pet care is ingrained into every part of my life. Mainly because I have my own pets, so everything from waking up early to take them out, to feedings and making sure that they get enough playtime! In terms of how I fit into your life, I do have a very flexible schedule as I’m an independent contractor, so I do have more flexibility. I love an early morning of dog walking, so for any early birds, I’m your girl! I’m someone who believes that there are fundamentals for all care and those need to be followed but I also understand that a lot of pets have specialized care. For example, I have a wobbly cat so everything from how she goes potty where she gets to hang out and how she gets her food is very specific because she has a disability. I am open to Pat who might need some specialized care or need medication. As I have the experience of dealing with pets who might need a little bit of extra care! I also try my absolute best to make sure that my environment fits the needs of a pet so that they can feel comfortable and feel like they are right at home.

About: I have taken care of a senior dog for about 5 years now. I have taken care of my lil pup for 4 years. I am currently certified in pet CPR and First aid(certification in photos). I live a active lifestyle and like to hike and take long walks. It is a constant in my life to take care of pets. I care for my own 4 year old Chihuahua/Yorkie mix and my brothers shih Tzu daily. I am available on weekdays after 5pm and all day on the weekends. In my clients homes I can readily walk there pets or let them out into there back yards. I was nervous leaving my two one-year-old cats for the first time for more than a long weekend, but Marlene made it so easy. Her communication was excellent - she sent lots of great photos and videos and let me know whenever she was coming and going, which gave me peace of mind while we were away. She also brought in our mail and packages and left the house spotless. Most importantly, my cats were clearly happy and seem to love her! I'll definitely be booking her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring, reliable sitter!

Sarah is fantastic! We adopted a special needs 4 year old Goldendoodle who suffers from extreme separation anxiety. We had a 2 week trip planned when we hired Sarah to stay at our home to care for our dog. We had Sarah come to our home a couple times to get to know Bella before our upcoming trip and saw that she was very relaxed and loving towards Bella. Although we were a bit concerned leaving Bella, we felt that she was in good hands with Sarah and it turned out that we were spot on! Sarah knew how to handle Bella and gave her all the care and love she needed! A wonderful house and cat sitter! We were worried about our 6/7 week old kitten but Eren was able to help care for our kitten. We came back to a clean litter box and a happy cat!
