Hi there, thanks for taking the time to check out my profile! I have had plenty of experience with so many unique pets my entire life. I feel very fortunate I grew up with animals because it taught me to be patient and compassionate interacting with non-human beings. I have always had a strong desire to provide the best care for all the animals I meet, with my empathy and compassion always making their well being my top priority. Outside of my own family and pets, I have been a trusted house sitter, pet carer, and dog walker for a variety of families across the Chicagoland area. I have had well over 50 different families I’ve provided pet care for! I’ve cared for a range of ages, from kittens and puppies all the way up to senior dogs and cats. I would be delighted to watch your furry friend(s)! :)

My interaction with your pet will really depend on their personality and what they love to do. I love to run around with both dogs and cats to get them active and moving around so they can expend their energy. I can gauge a pet’s mood well, and alter between high energy play and more chill and relaxed interactions. I genuinely love to find different ways to play with pets, but I mainly enjoy using a laser pointer or wand toys with cats and tossing a toy or ball with dogs. Unless you have a dog that loves laser pointers or a cat who will chase a ball, I’m totally all for it!

I work a fully remote, part-time job on my laptop, so I will be at your home with your pets most of the time, and available to provide care for nearly any time that you need me! I am very flexible and accommodating, so feel free to reach out with any requests you may have.

Do they have a specified feeding/drinking routine? What do they like and dislike - any body parts they don’t want touched or gestures and movement that can stress them out? I’m excited to learn about your pet in our one-on-one time, but would really appreciate a heads up for anything I should be aware of! My top priority is making your pet feel safe and stress free.
