About: I’ve been an animal lover my whole life and grew up taking care of pets and farm animals. My passion for animals turned into hands-on experience as a teen, working in dog grooming, dog walking, pet sitting, and basic training. I also volunteered at shelters and interned at a veterinary clinic, gaining valuable insight into pet care and behavior. Today, I have a rescue pittie mix who has taught me a lot about patience, training, and the unique needs of high-energy or anxious dogs. I’m confident working with pets who need a little extra attention, structure, or love. Whether your furry friend is playful, shy, or has some quirks, I’m here to provide safe, loving care while you’re away! my schedule is very flexible. I'm available for drop-in visits any day of the week, including weekends, and even short-notice bookings. Whether your pet needs a quick potty break, playtime, feeding, or medication administered, I’m happy to help whenever you need it! I'm not currently set up to keep pets at my own home, but I'm open to overnight stays in your home to help keep your pets comfortable in their familiar environment. The only thing to note is that I would need to step out during the day to care for my own dog, but I’ll always ensure your pets are safe, settled, and well cared for before I do. When caring for pets in your home, I do my best to follow their normal routine so they feel comfortable and secure in your absence. I enjoy getting them outside for walks or spending time with them in the yard, depending on what they're used to and enjoy most.

About: I'm an Veterinary Emergency Assistant. I've been working in veterinary emergency medicine for over 2 years. I was also a veterinary assistant at a regular veterinary hospital with on top of that I was a boarding facility manager. With all my experience and knowledge I can handle a wide variety of pets/species. Not only that but also taking care of as such as new born puppies to senior dogs with special needs. Also, willing to take care of multiple pets in a home the more the better. Also ,currently in veterinary technician online to advance my education. I have a full time job outside of working for rover as a pet sitter/ dog walker. Although, by planning pet sitting services and dog walk services in advance I can work on giving high advanced services and meet with clients needs. Unfortunately, I can't provide pet sitting in my home. Although, for my clients I can take care of multiple pets at one time. Use my advance veterinary experience to care for your pets. Follow very specific pet sitting instructions. Take pets on multiple walks day and provide wellness. Give pets lots of attention and give them the care they need and deserve.

About: I've grown up with many different types of dogs. I learned at a young age the importance of walks, exercise, how to love and care for dogs of all ages and sizes. I have dog-sat for multiple families in the past, sometimes up to a week, and end up creating life-long bonds with each 4-legged friend! I currently work remotely, making my own schedule apart from an in-person part-time job that is about 14 hours a week. My availability: Mondays all day, Tuesdays after 5, Wednesdays after 1, Thursdays after 5, Fridays after 1, Saturdays all day, Sundays between 12 and 4. (Starting in June I will be available pretty much all day everyday!) I have two cats and rent, so care would need to be at your home, which I am comfortable with. I am trustworthy and dependable and will have eyes on your furry friend at all times!

About: I am a dog mom and also have had chickens,turkeys, a ferret and bunnies. I was a zookeeper for almost 10 years. I recently graduated with my PhD in biology and my focus is on river ecology. I love animals and would love spending time with your fur baby! My schedule is flexible during the summer/currently. I have the ability to fit plenty of walks and play time in with your pet and I look forward to it! Depending on your pups ability I will take them for as long or short of walks as needed. If there are parks nearby I would love to venture to those.

About: i’ve been taking care of friends, family, and neighbors fur babies for the past nine years of my life, and I absolutely love every single one of them. I love all of them all sizes and breeds it does not matter to me. I worked at a dog daycare/boarding facility for five years. I also have previous training experience working with young puppies so i’m able to work with them as well. :) I’m working currently part-time and only have classes a couple days a week for an hour. I’m very flexible and available on an as needed basis for you and your fur babies! Safety is my number one priority. I will never put your fur babies in harms way or put them in uncomfortable situations. I treat each pup as if they were my own. I’m very big on schedules/routine. If you have one you’d like to stick to, I will happily oblige.

About: I've taken care of all kinds of animals since I was a child. From multiple pet households to livestock to exotic and unique animals, it would be easier to ask what I haven't cared for in my lifetime. Being a pet mother myself, I understand the concerns owners have when it comes to the care and comfort we desire for our fur-babies. Since working in the veterinary field, my skillset has only grown when it comes to providing care for our four-legged family members. With two fur-babies of my own and working full-time at a vet clinic at the end of the week, I'm available for half of the weekend and the beginning of the week for now. Since my own cats are rescues and highly sensitive to any changes in their daily routines, I'm currently unable to offer any hosting availability at my home. I am, however, able to stop by at any time to check on your fur-babies to make sure they have everything they need to be as comfortable as they can in your absence.

About: I do not have any special skills. But I am definitely responsible when it comes to taking care of people's dogs. I have taken care of my family's dogs when they went away on vacations. I can walk or be a sitter every other Tuesday because that is my day off from my full time job. I can start after 11am. I can watch dogs in your home but prefer not to bring them to my home. I can also take them on walks every other Tuesday.

“I normally work from home, but had to travel for almost two weeks recently. My dog is my coworker and I was so worried how she would do all day without me there when my family was at work and school during the day. Thank goodness for Monica! It was so wonderful that she was able to come walk my dog at noon every day while I was away. Monica is so sweet and extremely reliable!!! She sent pictures every day of their adventures on their walks which made me smile when I was able to finally glance at my phone for that day. About: So I just love dogs. I have had dogs my whole life and will never not have one. I work from home and am very physically active so my lifestyle works well with dogs as I am around to simply hang out with the dogs or go on long walks if needed! Luckily I work from home as an attorney and am able to provide many walks and attention throughout the day. I also live in an area with a lake and multiple dog parks. I am extremely attentive with any dogs that I take care of. I will provide sitting with care and attention and make sure your dog is safe and taken care of.

About: Hi there, I'm Lindsay! I love animals and have always made them a huge part of my life. I currently own 2 cats, and I live with another cat and young dog. I love playing with dogs and teaching them new tricks - no matter if they are lazy or stubborn. I'm currently working towards a small business, but I have plenty of time on my hands with my flexible hours. I will be your best friend if you want to plan dog-sitting in advance or a scheduled dog walking (ex: every Mon, Tues, Weds). Disclaimer: I often spend time in Indiana with my fiancé, but it is no problem to get back to Missouri when I am scheduled on Rover, as Missouri is my home base. If you want someone to make your animal feel special, please keep me in mind. I have enthusiastically attended a hamster's birthday party, and that is the energy I'd put into your animal. I also personally have experience with golden retrievers, labs, mini aussies, siberian cats, etc. I would love to teach your dog new tricks or just cuddle and play with them. I hope to care for your animal(s), and provide excellent communication and service for both the animal and owner! I'm currently spending most of my time in Weldon Spring, MO planning my wedding and starting a small business. I spend about 8 days in Indiana every month to visit my fiancé, but those travel dates are very flexible and I can drive back as needed (4.5 hours away). I don't currently offer boarding services as I'm back in the family home, but I will be offering those as soon as I get a home. Stay tuned! If I'm in your home, I am following your rules. If I ever have a question of what is allowed, I will contact you. I will also be sure to ask many questions at our meet and greet to make sure your animal and I play with your rules. Consistency is key, and I will happily reinforce that with your animal.
