My dog fell sick during the end of her stay and I felt constantly in the loop as to what was happening and knew she was in great hands. Jeremy was very good at communicating his thoughts on her condition and even took her to the emergency vet (with my prior approval) in order for her to be seen and get the help she needed. I know it could have been a very different outcome if he was not as attentive to Lola during her stay.
