We were visiting Atlanta from SLC for a concert, and quickly found the accommodations for Evie we thought we had fell through hours before the show. Liz and Miki were quick to respond, easy to book with, flexible with our plans, and Evie had the best time at her “doggy hotel.” They also updated us with pics and videos of Evie which was wonderful. Nicholas is a FANTASTIC dog sitter. My pup has some separation anxiety as I work from home and don’t often leave her. When I picked her up, she wasn’t anxious to get back home and seemed happy and relaxed. He sent daily pictures and videos, and he even washed her bowls for me. This has been the most stress free dog sitting experience I’ve had, and I am so grateful!
She was absolutely amazing! She was available on short notice, sent me daily photos and updates, and took such great care of Zeus. It gave me so much peace of mind knowing he was in good hands. Tracey was amazing with Luda! She asked thoughtful questions to make sure Luda got the best care possible, and we loved getting pictures and videos of her having so much fun with Tracey’s other pups while we were away. I was very pleased with the level of service I received from Ms. Chasity. Koda is only 3 months old, and this was his first time staying away from home. Ms. Chasity kept me updated with videos and messages throughout his stay, which gave me peace of mind. I will definitely be booking with her again!
Mariana was very prompt in responding to our inquiry and arranging a meet and greet. She was careful to gently observe and assess our dog, who is a bit timid with strangers. Her little dachshund is a cutie who also participated in the screening. It is clear that Mariana is very caring and knowledgeable and wants the boarding experience to be positive. Emdub, our 6 year old Chiweenie has had difficulty with diarrhea the last three times that we have tried to board him, including with family members, and this occurred this time with Mariana. She didn’t panic, and kept us informed and did everything possible to minimize his stress. I was very impressed with her caring and patience in this difficult situation. We have discussed with our vet, who recommends trying probiotic and fiber supplements for several days prior to boarding him again. Mariana is an outstanding pet sitter who I would highly recommend. She went above and beyond to make Emdub comfortable.
