While Rose was in Soel’s care, I received pictures and videos regularly, which gave me peace of mind. I also provided a detailed schedule and care instructions for Rose, and based on how smoothly everything went, it’s clear she was well taken care of. There were no concerns or issues during the stay, and when I picked her up, I was told she did an amazing job interacting with her surroundings and the other pets being cared for at the time. One thing I also appreciated was the amount of outdoor space available. The property has a very spacious lawn, so dogs have plenty of room to walk around, use the restroom comfortably, and enjoy themselves without feeling crowded or overwhelmed. “Amika was timely and has excellent communication skills. She came to our home to meet Marvel, our four year old Frenchie. She was sure to learn about his favorite toys, snacks and schedule. After pickup, she sent timely updates. I still treasure her many pictures and videos. Amika is an absolute Angel! She was patient, kind, attentive and diligent in her pursuit of a friendship with Marvel, our 4-year old Frenchie. Marvel is a rescue who lived a very difficult life ahead of finding our family. Because of this, he is very distrusting of new people. Her generosity was overwhelming. As she realized his deference towards her would require more wooing. She committed to winning him over, even purchasing him a huge pack of his favorite toys– tennis balls. She even refused reimbursement. 10/10 I will book with Amika again and again!”

Nick was really responsive and flexible with pickup and drop off times. Our pups seem well-cared for and they made themselves right at home. I love that Nick has a little yard for them to play in off-leash but that they also got walks. They came home happy and tired!
Tracey was amazing with Luda! She asked thoughtful questions to make sure Luda got the best care possible, and we loved getting pictures and videos of her having so much fun with Tracey’s other pups while we were away. She’s responsible, accommodating, super easy to work with, and you can genuinely tell how much she loves animals. Luda doesn’t even look back at us when she sees Tracey. We absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a dog sitter!

I was very pleased with the level of service I received from Ms. Chasity. Koda is only 3 months old, and this was his first time staying away from home. Mariana was very prompt in responding to our inquiry and arranging a meet and greet. She was careful to gently observe and assess our dog, who is a bit timid with strangers. Her little dachshund is a cutie who also participated in the screening. It is clear that Mariana is very caring and knowledgeable and wants the boarding experience to be positive. Emdub, our 6 year old Chiweenie has had difficulty with diarrhea the last three times that we have tried to board him, including with family members, and this occurred this time with Mariana. She didn’t panic, and kept us informed and did everything possible to minimize his stress. I was very impressed with her caring and patience in this difficult situation. We have discussed with our vet, who recommends trying probiotic and fiber supplements for several days prior to boarding him again. Mariana is an outstanding pet sitter who I would highly recommend. She went above and beyond to make Emdub comfortable.
