He scheduled a call to learn more about her and arrange a meet-and-greet. During the meet-and-greet, I had the opportunity to assess her setup and determine who she would be with in advance, rather than feeling pressured to make a decision. He’s incredibly responsive, transparent, and creates a welcoming and exploratory atmosphere. He also provides plenty of playmates for our dog. All of our boarding experiences have been positive. The amount of joy I witnessed from the videos shared and the professionalism of his service surpass all previous experiences. He’s undoubtedly our first choice whenever we need boarding services in the future.”

Nick was an amazing, sitter! kind! caring! all the things you'd want in a sitter for your fur babies. this was our first rover experience- we were nervous. but nick always updated us with pics and videos, was very communicative, and most importantly made our dogs feel like family! Javier has taken care of our Frenchie a few times and he is just awesome. His place is built for maximum dog fun, and Cosmo soaks it up every time he’s there. Javier sent great photos and videos to update us every day. He also made sure to limit Cosmo’s playing time outside since our breed doesn’t fare well in the heat, which we appreciated. We’d highly recommend Javier to watch anyone’s pet!
Peyton and Evan were absolutely amazing! As a first-time Rover customer, I had a lot of questions and was a little nervous about leaving Jax with someone new. Peyton immediately put my mind at ease with her kindness, professionalism, and excellent communication. She even reached out beforehand to respectfully ask if I was comfortable with her caring for another dog during Jax’s stay, which I really appreciated. Throughout his stay, she kept me updated every day with messages and photos, so I always knew Jax was happy, safe, and well cared for. Mariana was very prompt in responding to our inquiry and arranging a meet and greet. She was careful to gently observe and assess our dog, who is a bit timid with strangers. Her little dachshund is a cutie who also participated in the screening. It is clear that Mariana is very caring and knowledgeable and wants the boarding experience to be positive. Emdub, our 6 year old Chiweenie has had difficulty with diarrhea the last three times that we have tried to board him, including with family members, and this occurred this time with Mariana. She didn’t panic, and kept us informed and did everything possible to minimize his stress. I was very impressed with her caring and patience in this difficult situation. We have discussed with our vet, who recommends trying probiotic and fiber supplements for several days prior to boarding him again. Mariana is an outstanding pet sitter who I would highly recommend. She went above and beyond to make Emdub comfortable.
