From the very beginning, they showed incredible patience and care with Rosie, who was extremely hesitant during both the meet-and-greet and drop-off. Her stress even caused some stomach issues but they were only focused on her comfort and well-being, which meant the world to me. They made sure Rosie got plenty of exercise, played fetch with her, and gave her so much love and attention. They even went above and beyond by dressing her up as Ms. Claus for Christmas and doing a photoshoot 🧑‍🎄🐾. Throughout the stay, they sent multiple updates every day filled with hilarious and witty messages that kept me smiling and reassured the entire time I was away. By the time I picked Rosie up a week later, it was obvious she had fully settled in. As a bonus, she was bathed and read for bed at pickup. Rosie would love to stay with Jennifer and Nicholas again (assuming they’ll have her!), and I would trust them with her in a heartbeat. Truly the best sitters you could ask for.”
