20. Carolyn S.
“I really can't say enough good things about Carolyn and Jorden. They cared for my two semi-feral kittens in stride. They trained them to start using the cat window. They played with them & sent photos daily. They gave special attention to one of my cats who needs greater socialization. But not only were the kittens well cared for, so was I. I'd just recovered from a 12 day quarantine and Covid rebound. My mother passed away and I had to leave soon. The house was not stellar, my brain was fuzzy and addled. Carolyn and Jorden were compassionate, reassuring and not once did I feel judged or like they would be uncomfortable with the state of things. Instead they tidied things up and left behind acts of kindness everywhere. They framed a photo they had taken of each kitten and had them waiting for me on my couch when I got home. They knew it was rough for me coming back and did several things to make the return easier - like getting some drawers organized (I literally said do whatever you want to anything), and coming up with an ingenious idea to make it more difficult for the ants to get to my cat's food. I was at a completely vulnerable time and put a lot of trust in people I'd met and visited with once that week. They did so many things to show me the cats were well and having a good time. The relief this provided was priceless, so please pardon my sincere gushing. You'll want these two for your pets. I think you'll want them for your friends too. I honestly believe my cats missed and looked for them for a days after my return. If I could have paid them twice as much I would have. Both are reliable, smart, thoughtful, and did I mention excellent with two semi-FERAL kittens?! Carolyn and Jorden - thanks again!”
