“Overall, I had a great experience with this booking and would definitely recommend him for future services. Communication throughout the stay was very good. While Rose was in Soel’s care, I received pictures and videos regularly, which gave me peace of mind. I also provided a detailed schedule and care instructions for Rose, and based on how smoothly everything went, it’s clear she was well taken care of. There were no concerns or issues during the stay, and when I picked her up, I was told she did an amazing job interacting with her surroundings and the other pets being cared for at the time. One thing I also appreciated was the amount of outdoor space available. The property has a very spacious lawn, so dogs have plenty of room to walk around, use the restroom comfortably, and enjoy themselves without feeling crowded or overwhelmed. I would absolutely consider booking again if needed.”

They made sure Rosie got plenty of exercise, played fetch with her, and gave her so much love and attention. They even went above and beyond by dressing her up as Ms. Claus for Christmas and doing a photoshoot 🧑‍🎄🐾. Throughout the stay, they sent multiple updates every day filled with hilarious and witty messages that kept me smiling and reassured the entire time I was away. By the time I picked Rosie up a week later, it was obvious she had fully settled in. As a bonus, she was bathed and read for bed at pickup. Rosie would love to stay with Jennifer and Nicholas again (assuming they’ll have her!), and I would trust them with her in a heartbeat. Truly the best sitters you could ask for.”
