“I had a challenging time finding someone willing to agree to a 10-day stay with relatively short notice. Surprisingly, he didn’t hesitate. I have a Great Dane, and he’s familiar with them. He scheduled a call to learn more about her and arrange a meet-and-greet. During the meet-and-greet, I had the opportunity to assess her setup and determine who she would be with in advance, rather than feeling pressured to make a decision. He’s incredibly responsive, transparent, and creates a welcoming and exploratory atmosphere. He also provides plenty of playmates for our dog. All of our boarding experiences have been positive. The amount of joy I witnessed from the videos shared and the professionalism of his service surpass all previous experiences. He’s undoubtedly our first choice whenever we need boarding services in the future.”
