I've always wanted to be a veterinarian! I remember watching Dr. Doolittle as a kid and thinking talking to animals was the coolest ability in the world! As I've matured I've realized that while I may not be able to talk to animals like in the movies, my passion for caring for them has only grown. I've spent the past 17 years caring for my family's and friends' pets and 3 years in the medical field. During that time I have become Basic Life Support and Advanced Life Support CPR certified for cats and dogs and been trained in Fear Free restraint to handle anxious pets. My medical training has left me attentive, organized, and aware of potential medical emergencies. My goal is always to make your fur baby feel like they're at home away from home. I can help with medication administration, nail trims, and anal gland expressions upon request! I look forward to meeting you 💚

Damilola was wonderful! She took such great care of my doggo. She sent update pictures and videos throughout the weekend and took him on so many walks! She was also very flexible with pick-up/drop-off times. I know my pup is already looking forward to another visit with her! ?
Dami is absolutely wonderful with both dogs and cats and is one of the very few people I trust to take care of my babies. She has watched all of my anxious and health-sensitive dogs and cat for long periods of time before ever and they LOVE her. Dami is meticulous, organized, kind, and patient, and she makes sure all our pets' needs are met (on schedule most importantly), while also being extremely knowledgable about pet health and training for whenever we need advice or help with behaviorial issues.

Schedule
I currently work full time at an animal hospital so I'm mostly free on Wednesday's, the weekend, and weeknights after 6 pm. If needed outside of those times, I can definitely make some extra time for you if given notice at least 24 hours in advance!

I am very receptive to every pets needs. I tailor my care based of each pets personality and any instructions you give me! I'm an adventurous person, so if your pets wants to be outside, there are tons of places we can go! For those that prefer to stay inside, i'm extremely creative and can find safe ways for us to have a ton of fun as well!
A typical day
A typical day includes a nice long walk around the neighborhood with frequent water-breaks. I also like to include a playing session where your pet is able to run around and play with a toy of their choice. Once home, I enjoy giving lots of belly rubs, butt/chin scratches, and cuddling (I also respect boundaries if your pet doesn't enjoy being touched a lot).
