Pet care experience

Trusted Care While You’re Away

I’ve grown up with pets my whole life and have a deep love for both dogs and cats. I’ve owned four dogs over the years and currently have three rescue pups of my own—including one foster “fail” (lesson learned: don’t foster puppies 😊). I’ve taken basic dog training classes and have worked with trainers over the years, so I’m comfortable handling different personalities, energy levels, and behaviors. I understand how important it is to trust someone with your pet, and I treat every animal like they’re my own—with patience, care, and lots of love. I have volunteered at animal shelters and have fostered many dogs over the years. I've learned a lot about dog behavior through that experience. I have given cats and dogs oral medication and have administered insulin shots to dogs. I require at least a week notice for all NEW client boarding and doggy daycare requests to allow for a meet and greet.

Tracey was amazing with Luda! She asked thoughtful questions to make sure Luda got the best care possible, and we loved getting pictures and videos of her having so much fun with Tracey’s other pups while we were away. She’s responsible, accommodating, super easy to work with, and you can genuinely tell how much she loves animals. Luda doesn’t even look back at us when she sees Tracey. We absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a dog sitter!

Safety, trust & environment

I have a large fenced yard and 3 dogs at home. Two of my dogs are seniors and one is almost 3 years old with lots of playful energy. I also have a large finished attic space that I use for doggy play, especially when it's super hot/cold outside.

Pets

A typical day

I have a ton of toys for dogs to play with. My youngest dog, Eleanor, loves playing with dogs of all sizes. She is respectful of dogs who don't want to play. We will frequently play outside in my fenced yard. I take the dogs on walks in the neighborhood. We also play upstairs in my large finished attic.

I'll need to know if your dog has any special needs or toys to avoid allowing them to play with. If they have leash reactivity or any related issues, please let me know ahead of time. We will need to schedule a meet and greet before any sitting or daycare in my home.
