“Kelly is the absolute best. This was our first time on Rover, and her communications were clear and quick, and she did great work reassuring us that our pup was in good hands. Loved the photographs, and really appreciated the time she took to communicate with us by phone and by text. We’re only slightly concerned that our pup now likes her more than us! 😀 Hugely impressed with Kelly - she’ll take fab care of your pups.”

“Stefanie is hands down the best pet sitter we have ever had! She stayed with our dogs for 5 nights while we were on vacation and since then we have asked her to do drop by visits on days my husband and I have to go into the office and we also booked her again for the end of the month while we are doing another quick getaway. She’s responsible, kind, and my dogs absolutely love her. Our pets are like our children, so to have found someone we trust with them is absolutely invaluable to us!”

“Mauri truly saved the day at the very last minute! I couldn’t see my puppy through the camera and was extremely worried — I even feared something had happened to him. I booked with Mauri just minutes in advance, and she responded so quickly and kindly. She gave me peace of mind right away. 100% recommended — I’d definitely book with her again! 🫶🏻”

“Andrea was excellent with my senior dog Leo. She agreed to a meet and greet to get familiar with Leo. For the drop in, she came early, provided pictures and updates on his food/water intake. About: I have had dogs since I was born in 1960, my little Lab, Rocky then he was joined with our German Shepherd ,Dutch. I have always connected with dogs. Over the years there was Shepherd mix sisters, Baby, Tammy, Fared and Dutchess. In the group was also my mom's English Sheep dog named Charlie and now my daughter's little guy, Rudy. All of them were loved so much. More recent my Dachshund Bella of 12 1/2 yrs . My sweat heart crossed the Rainbow bridge July 29, 2022 at 12:35 am. She had liver issue and it broke my heart. I cared for her those last months and she was never in pain and lived five months longer then the Vet said. Bella passed with me at home in her favorite place on my sofa, I was there, right there with her. I was a mess but I am convinced 3 1/2 months later Bella sent Junior to me from a rescue as a scared 50 lb American Bully Pitty mix. He is 9 yrs old now and recently nursed him back to health from a reaction to cytopoint allergy shot May 28th 2025. I had to teach him to eat and drink and even walk again and with constant support of Vet emergency office (not the vet that gave him the shot) He is fantastic now. After his bland diet of a few weeks I started him on non-kibble food because I do not want to chance another reaction to cytopoint in January. So far he is more alert and less anxious. I am semi-retired and want to do something but not hard physical stuff of the past and desire to do what I love , care for animals and get paid for it and have no stress to really enjoy mowing and weed wack my lawn and gardening. Also , get back to studying foreign languages like Spanish, Italian and French. Don't test me, not that good yet. As I mentioned how I took care of Junior who is doing great ( doesn't get along with other dogs ) and Bella .I also wash Junior's paws after every walk to get residue off him. Do my part to push back against his allergy. I would be happy to rinse your dogs paws off after a walk. Just a damp cloth and dry. I travel with them.. just an idea for you to think about.

“Paula has a lot of experience and really knows how to handle things smartly, so I trust her. I’d feel totally comfortable leaving my beloved cat with her. I was lucky to find Paula on Rover, and from now on, she’ll always be the one I trust with my cat.”

“Andrew is so caring. My two Siberian boys trusted him right away. I know everything went well not just because of the notes and pictures shared (which were great) but because my sweet boys greeted me joyfully having been well cared for!!”

“Second time with Siara watching our cat and she again was incredible. We appreciated the detailed communication and her attentiveness to our kitty’s need for cuddles and play.”

About: I have years of experience caring for dogs and cats of all ages, including seniors and puppies. I’m patient, attentive, and treat every pet like family. I’m comfortable with administering medications, following feeding and walking routines, and providing lots of affection. What sets me apart is my reliability, calm energy, and genuine love for animals. I understand how important it is to create a safe, loving, and stress-free environment while you're away. Whether your pet needs extra playtime, slow-paced walks, or just company on the couch, I tailor my care to meet their unique needs. I work from home, which allows me to provide flexible and consistent care throughout the day. I'm available for regular walks, feeding, playtime, and companionship. Since I'm home most of the time, your pet will rarely be left alone and will receive plenty of attention and affection. My schedule makes it easy to accommodate pets with special routines or needs, and I’m happy to adjust my day to make sure your pet feels comfortable, safe, and loved. Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. At my home, I offer a secure, fenced-in yard for safe outdoor play and exercise. I have two friendly, well-behaved dogs who love the company of new friends and help create a welcoming, social environment. I always monitor interactions to ensure everyone is getting along and feeling comfortable. If your dog prefers their own space or needs a break, I can provide crate accommodations upon request. I maintain a clean, calm, and loving environment where your pet will feel safe, happy, and cared for.

About: Growing up always with an animal by my side, caring for them is second nature. Throughout my life I’ve always had cats and dogs. I promise with my care, I will provide love, positive reinforcement, cater to your pets needs, and lots of rubs. I currently am a freelance photographer editor and an afternoon nanny to 3 boys. I have a pretty flexible schedule so I should be available to cater the time you want. Please note, I do have a cat so your pet will have to be okay being around cats. Prior to adopting him, he was in a house with kids and a dog so he doesn’t mind them. Although I live in an apartment building, a 5 minute walk and you’ll be at the dog park. If your dog is not as friendly or not in your preference, there are tons of different routes I can talk your pet on. I want my home to feel like your pets home so they are allowed on the couch, bed, or wherever they please.

About: Zoology background, rainforest fieldwork, and long-term experience with 8+ dog breeds and multiple other species. My care blends science, heart, and hands-on skill across species, ages, and personalities. I own a German Shepard and an Olde English Bulldog. We are a very active household. We go on multiple long walks a day. We also do a lot of outdoor activities such as hiking and swimming. I also actively take care of their hygiene daily. My German Shepard gets brushed and wiped everyday and my Olde English gets wiped every day along with the care for her wrinkles. They both get a bath at least once a week and paws are cleaned upon every entry to the house. I make sure all animals in my care are always safely taken care of in my company. No pet shall be off a leash, even in fenced in areas where we may not know other pets. I make sure I never put pets in any situations that can scare or harm them. I stick to required dietary restrictions. I also follow all rules and regulations put in place by pet owners. I always make sure pets receive the absolute best care they can.

Scott S.
“I've known Scott for a few years now and I can say with total confidence that he is absolutely amazing with animals. When I first met him his dog was very sick and the way he cared for Bella was absolutely amazing. He made sure she had everything she needed and all the love she could have wanted in her final days. And now he has Jr. He's a rescue that he saved that was very difficult at 1st but he was persistent and never gave up on him and now he's doing absolutely amazing all because of Scott. If I was going away or needed someone to come check on my dogs while I'm at work, Scott would absolutely be the 1st person I would ask to do so. He his a kind fun loving man that loves animals as much as people (if not more! 😂) whenever we see each other we always talk about our pets.
