Wants to sleep under the dining room table? he gets the blanket I left for him folded and ready for him under the table the next time he wants to sleep there. Licking and biting at a spot on his rump? she dabs him with ointment to calm his itch. AND she kept me informed of all of these adventures the whole time he was there with texts and photos to my mobile phone. I wish I could rub a magic lantern and reverse our roles so Fuji would have to go on a trip and I could become a dog in Randi's care for a day or two!”

About: Hi! I'm Rafi, your local dog nanny. I'm a full-time commuter student at SFSU and a lifelong dog lover looking to help families near campus care for their pups! I grew up around labs and now have three rescue dogs of my own—a German Shepherd/Lab mix, a Pitbull/Catahoula, and a little Chihuahua mix. Dogs have always been a huge part of my life. I've been dog walking and pet sitting for family friends since 2018, but things really picked up during COVID when I was recommended to more and more people. Since then, I've practically been a full-time dog nanny! Most recently, I worked with an amazing local dog walking company based in Marin, but with school starting again, my schedule is a bit tighter so I'm focusing on helping families near SFSU. Whether your dog needs walks, check-ins, long outings, or overnight stays, I'm here for it all. I don’t just “watch” dogs; I genuinely enjoy spending time with them and getting to know their personalities. I can also provide references upon request! Hoping to meet you and your pup(s) soon! On Mondays-Thursdays, I have class from 8am-2pm but can pop in between breaks. Once classes are over, I'd love to take the pup on a long outing and spend time with them as long as you needed me to. On Fridays-weekends, my availability is very open so I can provide a walk twice a day or a long outing where we go on an adventure! I treat every dog as if they’re my own; all dogs will be pampered with love, won’t leave my sight, and will make sure they are safe 24/7. If you have any routines or specific needs for your dogs, i will make sure they are followed.

My love for animals inspired me to care for other pets in my free time. When I’m not at work, I’m available to walk, play, or drop in to give your pet the love and attention they deserve! I currently work Monday - Friday but I am able to walk your dog after work on the weekdays or I am pretty open on the weekends! I treat every clients home with respect, and watch their pet as if that pet were my own! I love animals and I am happy to be able to watch them in my free time.

My experience with Christina was above and beyond! I couldn’t have asked for someone more capable to care for my Benson boy. I had a last minute emergency and needed someone trustworthy to watch him overnight. She responded immediately and proved quickly my dog was in great hands. I was immediately relieved knowing I chose the right sitter when Christina sent several messages, pictures video updates. My dog was clearly happy cuddling with her, playing with her dog, going on walks around the neighborhood and even went on an unexpected play date on a beautiful hiking trail!!!
