“Alex was great! We received tons of pictures and videos of Roxy while we were gone which was comforting as this was our first time using Rover. The house was the same as when we left it when we arrived home. Alex even went above and beyond by washing the sheets and towels she used while she was here before we returned home. There isn’t enough to say about how great this experience was! Thank you Alex! Roxy cannot wait to see you again soon :)”

“This is the second time Britney has house sit for us and both have been great experiences. Both my dogs are very happy to have her company when we are away and the house is always spotless when we get back.”

“Hannah was a wonderful dog/house sitter! She was very flexible and easy to work with. Our dog said she really enjoyed Hannah and hopes we book her again the next time we travel. We definitely will! :)”

“Taylor and her husband were awesome! They were super accommodating when the pick up and drop off had to change a little, gave consistent updates, and took great care of my dog. Will definitely be booking them in the future.”

“Jacob responded quickly to our request for house sitting for our two small fur baby’s while we were away for 10 days. He provided photos, videos, and check in’s throughout the days. We came home to happy dogs and he left our space just as we had. We would absolutely book with him again in the future.”

“Ariana was great. She took excellent care of our dog, Turbo, and our home while we were away. She gave Turbo the attention he needed, provided daily updates, and even did the laundry—all while hunkering down through ice and snow. We highly recommend Ariana to anyone who needs to travel, rain, snow, or shine. Your dog and home will be in excellent hands.”

“This was the first time I have used Rover and it was a great experience because of Paige! She took such great care of my Bella! Paige sent me detailed summaries of what happened during the day along with the cutest pictures! She made sure that Bella was comfortable and relaxed during what could have been a very stressful time while I was away. Paige treated my dog like she was her own and Bella came to trust and enjoy being with her very quickly! She also took very good care of the house. I will definitely book with her again!”

“Sam did a great job with my two large dogs! They are both leash aggressive so I have always been nervous letting anyone else walk /watch them. I used to board them, but it was very stressful for them. I'm glad Samatha was able to take great care of them while I was gone for a weekend. She also left my house very nice. I would happily book with her again (and probably will again this summer!).”

“Tammy was incredibly sweet and thorough with our large pack! She went out of her way get a meet and greet scheduled for a last minute booking and was a wonderful communicator!”

“Kathleen was great with Blair! She took so much time at each visit to play with her and give her the attention she needed! I’ve already scheduled her for future visits!”

“Margeaux was awesome!! On top of being incredibly communicative, she sent so many cute pictures of our fur babes and took amazing care of our home. When we arrived home the house was so clean and the animals had been so loved. Highly recommend Margeaux!”

About: There has never been a moment in my life where an animal was not around. I’ve watched big dogs, small dogs, and everything else in between! I’ve had a BullMastiff, Boston terrier, blue heeler, and a German short haired pointer. In more recent years, I have gotten cat experience from two strays that showed up outside my family home. It’s safe to say that I am an animal lover and I miss my fur babies back home, so I would love to watch yours! I am new to rover but excited to watch your pets, as it’s something I love to do. I have experience taking care of older dogs and ones that can be aggressive in the presence of other animals. I am currently a full time student at NC State so my schedule tends to vary depending on the time of year. In summer my availability is wide open! I am home most days doing schoolwork and run occasional errands. I’m a great communicator so I will keep you informed on how your pet is doing and provide pictures! Any preferences or restrictions will be followed accordingly. I have never brought an individuals pets into my own home due to previously having pets, but since I no longer have pets, it’s not a problem! That being said, I am used to petting sitting in client’s homes but I am willing and able to take care of your pets in every way I can. I currently live in an apartment so I do not have a fenced in yard, but there is a dog park that they can release their energy at plus walks.
“Kimmie was amazing. She sent us daily updates and pictures. We have a puppy in a high energy stage and she did so well with him. She went above and beyond for us even cleaning the house before she left. We are so grateful for her and I highly recommend Kimmie for any of your pet sitting needs.”

“Sarah is amazing. I don’t leave my dog Millie very often but an unexpected work trip came up and Sarah last minute stayed at my home with her own dog Lady. She sent me pictures and videos everyday of Millie playing with Lady, without me even asking. She even cleaned parts of my apartment! And stayed longer than I had even asked her too, which was great because my plane got delayed. She makes me want to use Rover more often if there’s sweet people like her on here. Can’t thank you enough Sarah!”

“This was my first time having Dawn watch my energetic corgi, Cornbread. Dawn did absolutely amazing with her! Cornbread just loves to play and Dawn gave her plenty of attention while I was away and sent plenty of pictures and videos. She kept me updated each day on Cornbread’s health, that she was fine with eating/staying hydrated, and behaving well. She also brought her dog over so Cornbread would have a friend to play with. Lastly she went above and beyond and left a custom sticker of Cornbread from her visit! Would absolutely love to book again with Dawn!”

“Cameron was amazing. My dog is very nervous and doesn't open up to anyone new, not even sitters I've had for years. As is her usual, I told Cameron she likely wouldn't even come out of her crate for him, but I got pictures of her playing tug, getting belly rubs, and lying by his side. I was astonished. Cameron checked in regularly and sent tons of pictures and videos. Highly recommended.”

“Courtney saved us last minute when we suddenly needed a sitter for a few hours in the evening for our big senior pittie. Super responsive, very empathetic, and would send us lots of cute pics! Thanks for taking care of Benji!”

Northwest pet parents share their Rover experiences
Estefany was a wonderful sitter for my cat! I have booked with her for both drop in visits and also house sitting, both were fantastic experiences! Estefany was very communicative and provided me with so many update videos and pictures. You can tell she loves animals and has their wellbeing, happiness and safety as her top priority. I would absolutely recommend Estefany ☺️

Andrew was awesome! Charlie can have a little bit of a hard time with new people but it seemed like they had a great boys weekend! Andrew kept me up to date with pictures and my house looked great when I got back! Charlie also seemed happy and relaxed which is huge!!

Kiah did an amazing job with my Pitt and being a first time user of the app. She helped explain little features so I didn’t mess up the booking and ensured my dogs safety and fun. Definitely a great face to keep around. She’s attentive and never misses a dull moment. Thank you for all you do KIAH.

Blessed in an understatement to how we feel since we’ve found Falesha. We started working with her for drop-ins and have now began hosting her for house-sitting with our temperamental chihuahua terrier rescue. She is patient, kind, and so very trustworthy. I would eagerly recommend her to anyone.

Tippi is an A+++ dog sitter! She is an excellent communicator, sending videos and updates every day. She cares about the pets she stays with, asking if it's ok to give them special treats for Christmas. And then cooking and feeding them special breakfast and dinner. The house was perfectly clean and well cared for as well. I highly recommend Tippi for any pet sitting needs you have.
