As a former veterinary assistant and current veterinary student, I’ve worked hands-on with dogs and cats of all sizes, temperaments, and medical needs. I’m comfortable administering medications and handling pets safely, even those who may be nervous or require extra patience. I also have experience caring for small and exotic animals, including rabbits and guinea pigs, and love working with reptiles and amphibians. My work has taught me the importance of gentle handling and attention to subtle health and behavior changes. This makes me a great fit for multi-pet households or pets with specialized care needs.

When caring for pets in a client’s home, I prioritize maintaining a safe, calm, and familiar environment so your pet feels as comfortable as possible. I follow your pet’s routine to a T, including feeding schedules, walks, playtime, and any specific care instructions to minimize stress while you’re away. I also respect your home as much as I respect your pet. So I will keep spaces clean, secure doors and gates, and make sure your pet is always supervised appropriately. In addition, clear communication is extremely important to me, so you can expect regular updates, photos, and quick responses while you’re away.

As a full-time veterinary student, I have a structured but flexible schedule that allows me to consistently incorporate pet care into my daily routine. I typically have availability in the mornings, afternoons between classes, and evenings, making it easy for me to accommodate walks, drop-in visits, and check-ins throughout the day.
