“It was Stephanie's first time watching our 15 year old Harley for us. She was great about meeting us a few weeks prior to understand his needs. Unfortunately, during her stay he had a medical issue. Stephanie was wonderful about providing updates (both prior to the issue and during) to us with pictures. She handled the situation calmly and was diligent about getting him the medical attention he needed, even escalating it to our emergency contact when she couldn't immediately reach us. I appreciate the wonderful care she provided in such a stressful situation. I can't recommend Stephanie enough.”
