“Brittany is so reliable and great at communicating. I really appreciate her and knowing she’ll be there when she says she will. Nola always gets a great walk and I will definitely book with Brittany again!”

About: I have been a dog lover since I can remember, I worked with all kinds of pets. I have been pet sitting since I was 12 years old, and will continue to do it for as long as I can. I will walk with your furry bestfriend, follow feeding schedules, follow bathroom breaks, practice and training you ask for, play fetch, give unlimited belly rubs whenever needed, also I will help them get out of their shell and become more of the furry friend you know and love. I am available weekends, holidays, afternoon weekdays as well. House sitting, drop-ins, walks, vet visits, and anything that makes your fury best friend live better I will help in everything I can. Looking forward to meeting all the dog lover like myself. I work from home with a flexible schedule to accommodate any request and needs your pets might need. As a pet owner we know life happens and I am here to help. I have a fenced in yard, I make sure to be with the pet at all times and also make sure to spend time with them playing to give them the attention they need while their human is away and make sure they know they are loved and safe.
“Kendall is such a blessing and we could not be more happy with her. I found Kendall when I was 7 months pregnant and she couldn’t have come into our lives at a more perfect time. Frost our 100lb Swiss Shepherd is in love with her and she is able to give him the play time he craves. She visits him several times per week and he has learned to expect her visits and waits with such excitement each day. She is extremely reliable and trustworthy and keeps me updated on how their visits went. I have so much comfort knowing he’s having fun and being taken care of.”

About: I’ve raised, cared for, and trained many different breeds of dogs, providing individual based care while still maintaining consistent results! The wellbeing and happiness of pup and parent are my number one priority! Working with animals is such a blessing, I’m glad to be able to do it. I am working part time, but am very flexible with scheduling! I currently am able to do walks as I have a nice park near my home. If there are other specifications you have please don’t hesitate to reach out!
About: I own a large breed dog so I have good handle and control. I also understand reactive animals and learn to work with them, so they can have a pleasant experience I am currently working full time but my job is cutting hours after the holidays so I’m more available. Just saving for a car looking for extra cash. On walks, I’m very observant of my surroundings and what’s going on. I read body language of a dog pretty well and know my way around the neighborhood.

“My Enzo loved Anna! She was absolutely wonderful with him. Being that he’s 100lbs, and the love of my life, I wanted to ensure someone trustworthy would take care of him during my absence. She was consistently on time at pick up, and even fought him to our usual morning hike, which I greatly appreciated. If Enzo could type he would leave you a 5-star review as well Anna! We’ll see you soon when I leave town again 🐾”

“Traci has been such a blessing for us! She is always on time, provides great updates/photos, and takes such great care of our pups. She is flexible and understanding. Amazing experience with her!”

“Sydney was great! Nola liked her instantly and that made me feel very comfortable. She was on time and her communication was outstanding! We’ll definitely book with her again.”

About: I’ve had dogs growing up all my life and I have taken care of all kinds of dogs for years . Friends and family have relied on me to care / walk / and feed their pets. I love it ! I’m currently working from home so I have plenty of time to play and care for your pups ! I’m available most of the time for boarding and look forward to meeting your pup ! I love being outdoors and trail walking allowing pups to get plenty of exercise. I also have a small fenced in patio/ grass area at home .
About: Growing up I would always have a pet dog to keep me company, one of my favorites was a West Highland Terrier . Now that I’m older I help my father take care of his boxer and in the past few years I started babysitting cats as well. Since I don’t have my own pet at the moment I really enjoy my time with the furry friends that come across my path. - My response rate is low due to me taking time away from the app but I am active again and will respond in a timely manner! I only work on the weekends so I have a lot of down time on my hands that I use for studying and running errands! I understand every animal has its own personality, almost just like humans, and they should be treated as such. I do have a 5 year old and they are used to being around pets as well including kittens, dogs, rabbits, turtles, etc. It’s safe to say we love animals and the companionship they provide here:)
About: I absolutely loves dogs! I have had dogs all my life. My family has 5 dogs and I got my own in college. I have also had a cat since I was in high school. I have fostered over 75 dogs. I recently graduated from nursing school. I love to do this because I love animals! I will take care of your baby like it’s my baby. My dog loves making new friends and having someone to play with. My apartment has its on personal little fenced yard for frequent potty breaks and small play time. I take my dog on walks around the complex as well. I go to the dog park often and would love to take your dog if you’re ok with that! I’m available pretty much all the time. I’m super flexible. I’ve had a lot of experience in training dogs. Many of the dogs I fostered required medication or constant care, so I am equipped there as well. Your dog will be very loved and taken care of with me!
About: I am an experienced pet-sitter with more than ten years in the veterinary and shelter medicine fields. I have experience with a variety of temperaments and have made it my personal objective to treat every animal with the utmost patience and loving care. Having worked in veterinary medicine I can administer various medications and treatments as needed, and am familiar with what to do in the event of a medical emergency. I am currently between day jobs, and thus can accommodate any schedule needs. I prefer to stick to an established schedule that your pet is already used to as much as possible in order to minimize any stress during their time away from you. So if your pet always gets fed or walked at specific times of day or a certain number of times per day, I will be able to stick to that routine. I take into account your pet's likes, dislikes, and needs. If your pet is used to having someone around all day with only occasional errands, I can accommodate that. On the flip side, if your pet is used to being at home alone for a few hours at a time, I can run errands or go hang out at the library or coffee shop. If your pet needs to be crated while at home alone or at night when owners are sleeping, I can accommodate that, as well. I am not a trainer, however, so all pets must be housebroken.
Northwest dog parents share their Rover experiences
Shannon deserves more than 5 stars!!! I HIGHLY recommend her. She made my Australia Shepherd Willow so happy with playtime and walks filled with lots of care and attention. Seeing the photos Shannon shared warmed my heart knowing she was getting all the attention and care that a family member would give. Shannon will be the first person I reach out to moving forward. She's the best!

Claire is amazing with my dogs! She updated me throughout the visit and sent pictures and a video. She also put away their dog toys after playing with them, which was totally unnecessary but really appreciated! Happy to find someone so great either way my babies.

Amy is one of the best people on Rover I’ve ever encountered. She’s easy to communicate with, extremely responsive, and clearly cares very deeply about the animals she meets. She’s patient, attentive, and trustworthy beyond words. We were extremely lucky to have her care for Sadie weekly, and we’d recommend her to anyone.
