Each pet is a little different in their routine - when your sweet fur baby arrives, I will allow them to explore the house and backyard (don’t worry, I am tidy so they won’t be getting into anything…unless it’s dog toys!). As I work through the day, your dog will have access to every room in my home (unless specified). They will always have water and will eat based on the schedule you have for them. As a reminder, I do not allow pets on the furniture and/or bed - but I do frequently sit on the ground with your sweet ones for pets and furminating! If it is not too hot outside, I will play with them out in my backyard during the day and take them on walks as it gets cooler in the evenings. I am very careful in assessing if a dog is overheating but please let me know their heat tolerance (this is Texas after all :)) For meals, I give the owner an opportunity to describe how they eat their meals (inside or outside, with command or no command). There will always be fresh water in their bowl (ice cubes included for the hotter days in Houston)
