About: My family and I grew up with 3 dogs of our own. I also foster dogs from local shelters and have hands on experience with everything from playful puppies to sweet seniors. I understand how important it is to have someone you trust with your pet, and I’m here to help with calm, dependable care. I’m currently a student at the University of Alabama with a light class load, just about 2 hours a day. This gives me plenty of flexibility to dedicate time to pet care, whether it’s walks, dropins, or extended stays. Being from Birmingham, I’m familiar with the area and love spending time with pets when I’m not in class Whether I’m caring for pets in my home or yours, their safety and comfort always come first. I follow any routines or instructions you provide and take time to get to know each pet’s personality and needs. I keep a calm, clean environment and never leave pets unattended during visits. About: I have taken care of pets for almost all my life as my family has had multiple pets. I am responsible and Red Cross certified in caretaking. I take two classes during the week but everything else is virtual. I have all the time in the world to give your pet and am also very proficient at training. I will follow all instructions given and am very responsible. I prefer to keep all living areas clean and will ensure the safety of all pets under my care.

About: I grew up with cats and co own an animal rescue, Little Paws ResQ, so I have a lot of experience introducing cats, giving medications(orally, topically, and through a needle), and taking care of them! I have been around kittens and cats of all ages. I’d love to talk about lowering the price of additional rates. I always wake up early before classes to take care of the kitties, hang out with them, and give them treats and playtime. I go to class and work for a few hours and come back to finish computer work and hangout with the kitties. I let them on my furniture so I clean around lunchtime and again before bed every night and they usually sleep with me! Whenever I am home I give the kitties attention and currently have been home a lot! I care for cats by giving them wet food or canned chicken once a day as well as leaving multiple dry food options out and a running purified water fountain. I have two towers, multiple scratch pads, and other toys to entertain them while I am gone. If I have a cat that needs medication I do it when I wake up and before bed depending on the medication. If they eat special wet food I let them eat in my bathroom. I am home a lot during the day so they are constantly being loved on and interacted with.

About: I have been surrounded by pets my entire life, which has shaped my deep appreciation for animals. I grew up with two English Labradors and a cat, and after they sadly passed away five years ago, my family welcomed two French bulldogs into our home. Through these experiences, I have learned how essential it is to be present for animals. Not only to meet their basic needs such as feeding and exercise, but also to provide consistent companionship and care. From an early age, I have been actively involved in caring for pets at every stage of life, from puppyhood to their senior years, as well as different sized animals, from big to small. I am highly knowledgeable about the needs and proper care of both dogs and cats! I am a fully online student at UA, which allows me to have a very flexible schedule. I am home most of the time and love going on long walks, so fitting pet care into my daily routine comes easily! I take pride in giving animals my full attention and being attentive to their individual needs. Through firsthand experience watching my parents hire dog sitters, I have seen how a lack of attentiveness and leaving pets alone for extended periods can negatively affect their well-being.

About: Hi! I’m Raney Corcoran! I am from North East Texas and a freshman at the University of Alabama! I have a soft spot for furry friends as I personally have 4 of my own back home and a cat! Each dog ranges in different breeds and sizes so I have no limits! I understand that sometimes, as much as you love your furry friends, it’s hard to make time for both you and them. As someone with a mom that runs her own business, some days you just can’t do it all, and thats okay! This is where I can help! Walks, cuddle, fetch, you name it! I’d be happy to help! About: I have watched my own two dogs for 8 years; this involves taking them on walks, giving them medicine and much more! I have also been trusted with various other dogs! I’m currently at college, but have plenty of time in the afternoons and evenings to play with and watch your furry friends! I love to spend any of my helping others, and if that means watching your pet I would love to! I am able to offer sitting when at the clients home since I am in an apartment, but I am able to follow the owner’s rules for their pets. About: I have experience with administering medicine like insulin or salve. I have worked kennels for a veterinary clinic for two years. I was the main employee chosen because of my work ethic. I’m currently a full time student but I have time after my classes. I am also willing to wake up early to care for any pets. I am willing to do whatever your dog needs to have a great time. I have 3 dogs and 2 cats at home so I know what a pet needs.

About: I have had cats my entire life and currently have a dog and a cat. Experience caring for kitties with various medical needs, including eye drops, pills, wipes, diets and subcutaneous fluid administration. Experience volunteering in four different animal shelters with both dogs and cats, doing basic animal care as well as specializing in dog enrichment activities. I currently work full-time which is why my services are limited to dog walking and drop ins. I am able to drop in during my lunch break so long as your home is within Tuscaloosa or Northport and can make earlier morning and early to late evenings work. I am flexible on weekends. I will follow your instructions exactly and ask any necessary clarifying questions as soon as they come to me. I am happy to love on any pets who desire it but will always be conscious that I am a stranger to them. I'm very aware of animal body language signs and always try to respect pets the way I'd want mine to be treated.

About: I am a senior in college who has had pets since I was born! I have/had dogs, cats, and even a bird growing up! I have experience in taking care of friends and neighbors pets with services such as walking, feeding, bathing, and playing with them! About: Dogs have always been a huge part of my life, and caring for them doesn’t feel like work to me. I used to volunteer at a dog shelter at home where I saw all types of different dogs with different personalities and backgrounds. I got my very first pup, Ozzy (named after Ozzy Osbourne of course) when I was just 10 years old, and he's still healthy and kickin' it today! We currently have 2 boxers and 1 miniature schnauzer at home, and my roommate at college has a doberman. My family had a boxer named Belle who was hit by a car when she was just 9 months old, shattering her spine and hip, and dislocating the other. It was recommended to us by the vet that we amputate her leg, but we opted to rehab her to give her a fighting chance of having all 4 legs, especially since she was just a pup. Miraculously, after around-the-clock care, Belle regained full use of both of her hind legs and lived a happy, spoiled life :) In my mind, dogs are basically people too. They have such big emotions and amazing little personalities and deserve all the love! I love getting to know each dog’s personality and making sure they feel happy, safe, and loved while their parents are away. I currently have classes only on Tuesdays and Thursdays and am free MWF and occasionally weekends as well. On Tuesdays and Thursdays, my classes are done at 1:45 pm. I have a quick after-school pickup job for some teenagers during the week, but it never takes too long! I have experience with all types of dogs, including timid and territorial dogs. I used to volunteer at a dog shelter, where I was exposed to every type of dog there is! Seeing as I will be in your home to visit the dogs, I always allow the dog to sniff me and warm up to me before we start anything too overwhelming like a walk.

About: I’ve grown up having two dogs in my house at a time since I was born until I left for college. Since being in college, I’ve been fostering dogs to give them a happy, comfortable, and safe few days out of the shelter! I have always had a love for dogs whether they are my own or one passing by me on the street. I’ve pet sit for many acquaintances and family and would love to take care of your fur baby as well! I’m a college student with a very flexible schedule, and I’m never away from my apartment for more than 1–2 hours at a time. I also foster dogs often, so I’m used to providing consistent attention, care, and love. I can easily be available throughout the day for walks, cuddles, and any extra care your pet needs! I live in an apartment with a floor-level balcony, so there’s no fall risk but plenty of space for some fresh air and outdoor lounging! While I don’t have a yard, I make up for it with frequent walks and lots of attention. In my home, I make sure pets feel comfortable and safe, keeping their routines as close as possible to what they’re used to. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I follow their instructions closely, keep things tidy, and make sure each pet gets plenty of care, playtime, and cuddles!
