About: I have had cats my entire life and currently have a dog and a cat. Experience caring for kitties with various medical needs, including eye drops, pills, wipes, diets and subcutaneous fluid administration. Experience volunteering in four different animal shelters with both dogs and cats, doing basic animal care as well as specializing in dog enrichment activities. I currently work full-time which is why my services are limited to dog walking and drop ins. I am able to drop in during my lunch break so long as your home is within Tuscaloosa or Northport and can make earlier morning and early to late evenings work. I am flexible on weekends. I will follow your instructions exactly and ask any necessary clarifying questions as soon as they come to me. I am happy to love on any pets who desire it but will always be conscious that I am a stranger to them. I'm very aware of animal body language signs and always try to respect pets the way I'd want mine to be treated.
“April is the best! I feel so fortunate to have found her. Her check in videos are my favorites! and she makes art with the treats as an extra touch. My cat loves her so.”

“She took amazing care of my dog Maverick during drop-in visits. Showed up right on time, sent photos and detailed updates every visit, and you could tell Maverick warmed up to her quickly. It’s such a relief knowing he’s in good hands while we’re away. Will definitely be booking again!”

About: I have owned pets my entire life and have had the privilege of walking beside them through their entire time on this earth. Throughout my years, I have raised several cats from birth to adulthood, puppy trained, and have learned how to give medication to assist in the aging process. I am on summer break from my doctoral program so I have a lot of flexibility. I will be teaching on class this summer but it is just 2hours a day. I am very detail oriented. So when I am in a clients home I often spend some time checking in on their fur children to make sure they are set on behavior/emotional needs as well as their basics. I want to make sure that they are not stressed, getting the proper attention and that I am being attentive to catch potential problems as early as possible. I make sure to leave the place in better shape than I found it. My own cat is spoiled with enrichment and love. I strive to make sure your pets see me as an auntie rather than a random soul who checks in.
About: I have experience caring for a variety of pets for a couple of years, and will make sure your pet stays comfortable in their own environment. I am someone who loves routines and I am very dependable. What sets me apart is my patience and my attention to detail. I will take time to get to know your pet, because they deserve to feel comfortable while their favorite person is away. I have a set schedule at my part-time job as a runner for a local firm, and college classes, but everything is the same week by week, so my schedule is very consistent. For this summer, I will be able to drop by anytime before 9 am and after 5 pm on Monday and Tuesday, or anytime before 9:00 am or after 11:30 pm Wednesday and Thursday! Friday-Sunday is completely free, and nights are always open unless I’m out of town! I will try my best to be there. I want your pet to feel as comfortable as possible! Any feeding schedule, walk routine, house rules, or fun personalities will be accommodated to my best effort. I know that pets can often get stressed when things change, and I will try my hardest to keep their usual habit and routine flowing smoothly. I’m happy to send updates of how much fun we’ll be having!
“Jennifer watched over my cat for a little over 2 weeks. Every single day we received an update with pictures and videos! I never once worried about the care he received. She was very flexible when our flight got delayed and was able to come an extra night! She even brought my cat a few boxes to play with! Would highly recommend Jennifer!”

“Marypaige took wonderful care of our little zoo! They were in great hands while we were out of town, and she was very communicative, leaving comments and photos after visits. We would absolutely use Marypaige again!”

“Absolutely AMAZING sitter—wonderful, loving care with detailed reports and great pictures. Our cat liked her immediately and he looked very happy in the pictures and videos. It was a huge comfort while we were away from him to know he was in good hands. Highly recommend!!!”

“I’m so grateful for the care Kanese gave my dog while we were away for a week. She was reliable, communicative, and clearly cared about my pup’s well being. I loved getting photo updates and could tell my dog was happy, comfortable, and well taken care of. It gave me real peace of mind knowing she was in such good hands. Highly recommend!”

“Taylor stepped in last minute to care for my cat Winnie when the sitter I had originally booked ghosted me day two of my vacation. She took excellent care of Winnie, and I got several photos each day. Thank you Taylor!”

“Keslie was so easy to work with and wonderful with our dog! We hired her to drop-in/walk/play with our dog four times when we were out of town and she was prompt, spent extra time, and sent the best pictures. I would love to continue using her!”

About: My family and I grew up with 3 dogs of our own. I also foster dogs from local shelters and have hands on experience with everything from playful puppies to sweet seniors. I understand how important it is to have someone you trust with your pet, and I’m here to help with calm, dependable care. I’m currently a student at the University of Alabama with a light class load, just about 2 hours a day. This gives me plenty of flexibility to dedicate time to pet care, whether it’s walks, dropins, or extended stays. Being from Birmingham, I’m familiar with the area and love spending time with pets when I’m not in class Whether I’m caring for pets in my home or yours, their safety and comfort always come first. I follow any routines or instructions you provide and take time to get to know each pet’s personality and needs. I keep a calm, clean environment and never leave pets unattended during visits. You can count on me to treat your pets like my own with patience, attention, and respect.

Isabella is hands down the best pet sitter I’ve had the privilege of hiring. She was very flexible with my last minute needs, her communication is top tier, and If there was ever a problem (my fault) she was good at letting me know. My puppy is a big fan of her per the daily photos I received. She has won me over as a repeat client and I look forward to taking another trip without the stress of worrying about my puppy’s needs. Thank you again, Isabella! (:

Taylor was fabulous with my 2 pups. They can be slow to warm up and one can be reactive at times. They both ended up loving her! I love that we did a meet and greet beforehand. She was great with updates and sending pics of my fur babies. I would highly recommend and if I need a sitter in the future, I will definitely use her again.

Mary Paige was great. We had some issues in the beginning because another person ghosted me so I was not able to introduce Millie to Mary Paige in person. Millie was a bit spooked because she did not know Mary Paige beforehand, but Mary Paige did an amazing job and I was able to finish my trip without worrying one bit. I would definitely use Mary Paige again!

Anna was very sweet and patient with our three animals. One dog was a bit hesitant the first day but Anna was incredibly patient and got the dog to love her. She stayed to play with the dogs even if it went over the 30 mins that we paid for. The pictures she sent were adorable and we will definitely use her for our next trip.

Leah did such an amazing job watching out two cats while we were out of town! She was always on time, followed our instructions perfectly, and went above and beyond to make sure our boys were well taken care of! As someone who worries about leaving my pets at home alone, Leah’s daily updates were exactly what I needed for peace of mind. I would 100% recommend her for anyone looking for a great pet sitter!

Catherine was exceptional with our doggos! We booked her on very short notice, and she was very responsive, fed and walked them (even our little senior), and sent wonderful pictures and video. They seemed super comfortable with her, and we didn’t have to worry at all on our short trip. We would absolutely book her again!
