“Tahlia was fantastic, very responsive answering messages and provided lots of pictures and videos of my sweet Bleuy! This was my first time using a sitter and Tahlia has set the bar very high! Bleuy had a great time playing with the other doggies during day care and we will definitely be using Tahlia again when we come to town for a long day. Thank you so much for loving on our sweet baby and making her feel like she was at home!”

“I am so pleased with the arrangement that we had while I was in Tuscaloosa for work. Lighting walked in and immediately wanted to be her best friend. Her dogs kept my dog from being lonely. She was super flexible working with my hectic work schedule and long days. I know my dog was well cared for and was so happy to be dropped off and she was relaxed and happy when I picked her up. I would use her again in a heartbeat”

“Morgan was fantastic! We have a pup who has been dealing with some health issues, and we were nervous to leave her for the day, but Morgan made us feel very comfortable. She sent awesome updates, so we could enjoy our day and know our pup was doing just fine. Would definitely recommend her services!”

About: I have stayed in homes for several days caring for three dogs, ensuring they received attention, exercise, and routine care. I’ve also provided traditional pet sitting services, checking in on dogs, feeding them, and taking them for walks. I am extremely detail-oriented and committed to following all instructions exactly as given to ensure pets remain comfortable, safe, and happy whether they are in their home environment or mine. I am a college student home for the summer and I am working a part time job 20 hours per week at Lake Forest Racquet Club. Therefore, I have a very flexible schedule as I usually only work from 7 A.M. to 12 P.M. four days a week. Whether caring for pets in my home or a client’s, I prioritize safety, structure, and stimulation. In a client’s home, I strictly follow all instructions and respect their space while maintaining a calm and clean environment for the pet. In my own home, I ensure pets receive plenty of attention, mental stimulation, and physical activity through regular walks and playtime. I truly strive to create a comfortable setting where pets feel secure and cared for at all times!
About: I’ve grown up with dogs my entire life and have taken care of pups of all sizes and personalities since I was young. Friends, family, and neighbors have always trusted me to walk, feed, bathe, and love their pets like my own. I’m comfortable with puppies, seniors, and energetic pups who need lots of playtime. I truly treat every dog like family. I’m a college student with a very open schedule. I only have an afternoon class on Mondays and Wednesdays, so I’m available most mornings and evenings on those days, and I’m free all day on Tuesdays and Thursdays. I also have plenty of flexibility on Fridays, and depending on my schedule, I’m available on weekends as well for boarding, walks, or drop-in visits I take safety very seriously and make sure every pet feels comfortable in my home. I have a fenced yard and two friendly, well-behaved dogs who love having company. I always supervise outdoor time, follow your routines, and can crate your dog if needed. My goal is to make your pet feel safe, happy, and right at home.
About: Hi furbaby parents! 🐕❤️ Safety for all is important, thats why (when possible) I ask for a week notice of New Clients in order to have time for us to schedule a meet&greet for those who may have behavior or severe anxiety issues. I have an updated availability, so just let me know what you need & will try to accommodate. Please understand the safety needs these days for everyone, even on this app.🐶😊 I know having to get sitter service, drop-ins or walks scheduled for your baby can be stressful nowadays. It's also hard to know who is the best fit, until you try. Life can be busy & demanding at times, & I understand the importance of finding the right one who will take great care of your baby. 🐶♥️ I was raised in the country with several furbabies, of various sizes with my grandma who was also an absolute furbaby-lover! So it just comes natural to me. Bc to me, they are our babies, our children. I have 30+ years experience of many furbabies. Like us, they each have their own likes, dislikes, quirks & personalities. I have furkids myself & my house is setup for them, I just do the feeding, loving, treating, playing, replenish supplies & cleaning! I have furbaby beds in several rooms, gates between doorways so in case someone wants to be alone, we can accommodate, or if your baby needs time to warm up to a new place, mine will be on the other side of a gate for them to meet & greet at their own pace. I just don't like the idea of having to stay in kennels like at the vet! I have a whole playroom for furbaby friends with plenty of toys, beds & a fenced in backyard for supervised potty & play! My babies love everyone, but I know not everyone else's pups love the same things. I do understand how important the care for your baby is! Its important for them all feel safe & comfortable. I have kennels if needed, which we rarely use (unless mom/dad thinks their baby will sleep better that way) with a spare room if needed. So if one wants to nap quietly & another wants to run & play, its no problem at all. *I can do boarding in my home, sitter service, stop by for drop-in visit & feed/water, potty & play, or stop by & take them for a walk. I can stop by for kitty care, but cant board Ms/Mr Kitty at my house, sorry. *Ater hours pickup/drop off is no problem. My furkids are neutered/spayed, fully vaccinated & get monthly heartworm/hookwork flea & tick prevention 💊 Prevention & good health is very important to me, as I would hope yours is taken care of also.🫶 They love to play, & get along Great with other furbabies! Your baby is in good hands here, & will have plenty of playtime & treats; OR if we just want to nap, we love that too! 😊 ✨️Message me & let me know what days/times you need - from boarding, to drop-in visit, to taking a walk, & more, just reach out to me. Lots of love to go around here. As mentioned, after hours drop-off or pickup is no problem for me, just let me know the Correct Dates/Times as I often do an alt work patterns & can work with you on that.🥰 ***FIRST TIME CLIENTS: Let's set up a quick meet & greet Prior to your baby's stay/care- especially for those "last minute needs"- emergencies happen. That way, I can get better acquainted with your baby & you, and so your baby isn't meeting me as a stranger on our first care day. This way we can both know if I can accommodate to your furbaby's needs. **We will meet in a Public/Safe place. Thanks & hope to see you & your babies soon! 🥰UPDATE: Rover makes 20% of all earnings, I can/will offer discounted or locked in rates for my Repeat clients or Regulars; I even do some private pay clients. I take care of furkids a little more "extra" than many furparents, I've been told! But to me that's a compliment! Bc being furbaby lover, I believe in holistic care, not just meeting basic needs. I just want you & your baby to be happy to have me as your person! **In the future I plan on expanding my area & availability, with the possibility/option of private owner sitter service. Stay tuned... hope to see you soon! 🐕 🐈 🦮 🐈⬛️ I work locally & have recent changes in my schedule which gives me more availability. I also have my own precious furbabies at home, so it's not a new task. I would manage the same way I do for my own. So let me know what you need & I will get you on my calendar! And Thank you for inquiring with me. And much thanks to my current Regulars & for all the wonderful comments & reviews! I appreciate you all so much & I'm always here, so book early, as I only keep a couple babies at a time, for adequate, attentive care! I have a treated fenced in back yard for our Supervised play & potty & security cameras in & outside my home for safety. Update: Please ensure your furbabies are up to date on vaccines. Cameras on and within property for safety. *I thought this should go in the safety area: I'm no stranger to the area. I'm originally from Fayette County. I have family here in Northport, Coker & Tuscaloosa. So, I am a lifelong local to the area, and have a complete background attached to my profile & also have updated Government Clearance. So rest assured, your baby is safe with me.

About: I understand what it means to leave your dog in someone else's care. That’s why your furry friend won’t just be a guest—they’ll be treated like family, with personalized care and lots of love. I currently don’t have pets at home, which allows me to provide exclusive attention to the dogs I care for. My furry family is in Mexico, my home country, and since I travel frequently, I can’t have them with me. This has only strengthened my dedication to care for other people’s pets with love, respect, and responsibility. I mostly work with repeat clients throughout the year. This helps me truly get to know each dog—their routines, their likes and dislikes—and make them feel calm and at home. Even though I’m still learning English, I always find ways to communicate clearly—using tools or translation support when needed. I’m committed to making every family feel heard, safe, and confident. If you're looking for someone to care for your dog as if they were their own—with love, respect, and dedication—I'm here to help! 💕 Pet care fits perfectly into my routine because I am passionate about their well-being. I plan my days flexibly to meet their needs, ensuring they get plenty of playtime, exercise, and companionship. Additionally, I organize my schedule to provide them with a safe and comfortable environment. I make sure each pet feels safe, comfortable, and well cared for according to their individual needs. In my clients' homes, I follow their usual routines to minimize stress for the pet, ensuring they receive the attention and companionship they need. Additionally, I maintain constant communication with the owners to give them peace of mind while they are away.
About: I am currently a student at UA and am the proud owner of a dog named Raymond, a sweet boxer/hound mix who is friendly with all other dogs. Having grown up surrounded by both dogs and cats, animals hold a special place in my heart. I am committed to providing open communication, sending regular updates and photos, so you can enjoy peace of mind while you’re away! I take the time to understand each pet’s unique personality, preferences, and routines, allowing me to provide the best care possible—whether it’s playtime, walks, or quiet companionship! I understand that pet owners need to trust the person caring for their loved ones. I have a history of being reliable and punctual, with positive references from clients who can attest to my dedication and integrity. My flexible nature allows me to adapt to different situations and the needs of various pets. Whether it's accommodating last-minute requests or adjusting care routines based on a pet's mood or energy level, I’m always ready to help. In my home, I provide a safe, spacious environment with designated areas for play, rest, and feeding. I ensure all pet-proofing measures are in place and maintain a routine that includes regular exercise, socialization, and mental stimulation through games and training. At a client’s home, I follow their established routines and guidelines closely, ensuring their pet feels comfortable and secure.
“Alicia is so sweet! She was so good with my two pups. We used her for daycare and she sent me so many pics! She has a backyard which is great for our more energetic dog. Her dog and her kids were super friendly and gentle with our dogs. I could tell my babies were exhausted from when we got in the car.”
About: I got my first family dog at the age of 12 and he was a 100 pound chocolate Labrador named Max. When I moved to Germany, I was not allowed to take him so he currently lives with my brother. After moving back to the US, I got my own toy poodle at the age of 16 named Eymber and was completely responsible for her. Once I moved to college, I got her a puppy named Koko and they absolutely love eachother. Eymber is now 5 years old and koko is 1. Occasionally, I stop by the Tuscaloosa animal shelter to volunteer and I love being the reason a pup was happy that day. I love my babies and all fur babies more than anything in the world!!💛 I graduated from the University of Alabama in December of 2024. I’m a stay at home wife while my spouse works at the Alberta elementary school of performing arts so I’ll have plenty of time to cafe for your pups. I have a small fenced in backyard and 2 adult toy poodles who are very sweet to everyone. I live in a small neighborhood with tons of space to take walks/runs. I also prefer a gentle approach when correcting behavior and I believe crates should be a safe space rather than punishment.
“Ansley and her fur baby, Koda have been amazing! Solo has had a blast 3 different play dates while we’ve been in Tuscaloosa! We received lots of pictures and videos of Solo having a wonderful time! Communication was awesome! We look forward to our next trip to Alabama so Solo can visit his friends again!”

“Alysse was very accommodating, communicated consistently, and sent updates with photos. I had a last minute need for my pups to have some supervision and company and she was super understanding. Thanks so much. Would definitely book again :)”

About: I’ve taken care of all types of dogs since I was the age of 11. My first pup was a chihuahua. I’ve also cared for German shepherds, pitbulls, bullies, Great Danes, Rottweiler to many others and smaller. Pet care fits my schedule because I am a stay at home girlie. I’m currently working free lance so I have plenty of time and attention to give. I do not have a fenced in yard, however there is plenty of space to walk around and I will keep all pets on a leash. Also willing to go to dog parks and things as such.
About: I’ve taken care of pets since I was a kid. Not only did my neighbors and friends entrust me with their fur babies, but I also grew up surrounded by animals, learning the responsibilities and joys of pet care firsthand. Over the years, I've developed a deep understanding of different species' needs, from feeding and grooming to administering medications and providing companionship. Whether it's dogs, cats, or more exotic animals, I approach every pet with the same love, patience, and attention to detail. My experience has not only made me a reliable caregiver but also a true animal lover, always eager to ensure that every pet feels safe, loved, and well-cared for. As a college student, pet care is an important part of my daily routine. I make sure to prioritize my pet’s needs alongside my studies and other commitments. In the mornings, I take time to feed and walk my dog before heading to class, and I make sure to set aside time between lectures for quick check-ins or play sessions. On busy days, I arrange my schedule so that I can either rely on a trusted friend or pet sitter or make sure my pet has everything they need, like food, water, and toys, to keep them comfortable while I’m away. In the evenings, after my coursework or study sessions, I spend quality time with my pet, whether that’s going for a walk or just relaxing together. I’ve learned to balance school and pet care by staying organized and making sure my pet's needs are always met, even during the busiest weeks. Living in an apartment, I make sure to create a pet-friendly environment that keeps both my own pets and any clients’ pets safe, comfortable, and happy. For my own pets, I ensure they have enough space to move around, with designated areas for eating, playing, and resting. I also make the most of the apartment’s layout by using pet-friendly furniture, toys, and scratch pads to keep them engaged. Since apartment living often means limited outdoor space, I prioritize regular walks and playtime at nearby parks or open areas. For my clients, I adapt my approach based on the pet’s specific needs. If I’m pet-sitting or providing care at their home, I follow their usual routine as closely as possible—whether it’s feeding, administering medication, or playing. I also make sure to pet-proof the space, ensuring there’s nothing harmful or dangerous within reach. For dogs, I take them for regular walks and provide enrichment through play and mental stimulation. For cats and other small pets, I ensure their litter boxes are clean, food and water are fresh, and that they have plenty of space to roam or rest. Overall, whether in my apartment or a client's home, I focus on maintaining a consistent routine and providing personalized care to ensure pets feel secure and content.
