I am a certified dog/cat handler and walker with the local Humane Society, where I actively volunteer in Tucson. I provide walking and enrichment for our furry friends awaiting adoption. About: Hi! I've had my cat Olive for 11 years and my dog Bel for 3 years. I have also taken care of close to 70 foster animals mostly kittens, with a few medical fosters, and behavioral issues along the way. I have taken courses on behavioral training for dogs as my own dog is reactive towards dogs, so I am very familiar with dog reactivity. I currently run a small 1 man business from my home and have control over my schedule to provide care to other animals regularly. I also foster other animals from time to time. My own dog is reactive and high energy and needs 3 walks a day usually with a lot of play. My cat is a large maincoon that requires a strict diet and care regimen to keep her pre-diabetes in check.

About: I have 20 years experience caring for all types of animals (reptiles, small animals, cats, dogs with a wide range of medical and behavioral challenges. I work from home so my schedule is fairly flexible. If you are looking for dog boarding at my home the dog/dogs must be minimal barkers otherwise I will welcome their company as my co-worker for the day- I recently lost my senior pet so this home is too empty! At my home I have a fenced in yard with no other pets so your pet will have quality attention (one pet family boarding at my home at a time.) Experienced in crate training/crated dogs. Will only provide treats that are provided by owner to be conscious of potential allergies or other dietary restrictions. Can help assist in potty training or teaching any other tricks while you are away. I don’t allow dogs to pull on walks and will actively work with your pet to reduce this behavior. Your pet will be treated like a member of the family with patience, love and compassion backed my many years experience and training on animal behavior.

About: I have experience taking care of boarding dogs and cats at an animal hospital. I worked for them for a little over a year and have gotten lots of experience with dogs and cats. I used to raise puppies and train them how to sit and have manners for about two years with my parent. I have dog sitting experience and house sitting experience. I also want to note that I am a full time college student, my schedule is below for more information. Just keep scrolling and you will see “schedule” section. Thank you :) I am currently going to school at the UofA full time during the weekdays (my class schedule is listed below keep reading) and would be available most days to come and play with the animals for 30 minutes to an hour in the afternoons and overnight sitting. And on weekends I would be free to play with and walk the animals as needed. Class schedule: Mon 1pm-2pm Tue 9:30am-1pm then 3pm-5pm Wed 9am-2pm then 4pm-5pm Thur 9:30am-4pm Fri 1pm-2pm I do also have a job at the animal shelter for part time. That work schedule will vary but will be no more the 4-6 hours a day. Likely to be on the weekends to avoid conflict with school :) For my personal home, I will not be able to board any pets. Although I am very safe and responsible. My person pet uses a crate just for her safety when I am gone. I am good with crate training as needed for your pets as well. I make sure I clean up after every day and leave the house as clean as I can before you arrive back home to your happy animals!

About: I worked at a boarding business for about a year and a half for dogs and cats. I worked with all different sizes and breeds, and ages of dogs and cats. My job tittle including playing and cuddling with the animals, feeding the animals, cleaning where they stayed, and giving medicine to the animals that required it. I have a little more than basic knowledge of dogs and cats health and always try to stay up to date with that. I dog sit and cat sit for friends and families regularly aswell. About: Have been walking neighbors dogs for my whole life and dog/cat sit to earn the responsibility of getting my own! My baby is a german shepard/ pitbull mix and he's the sweetest ever. I have experience caring for dogs from the pima animal shelter and giving them the best day they can have. From scared shelter dogs to puppy's in their shark phase, I have loved and cared for them all. I love all breeds big or small and can't wait to meet yours!❤️🥹 I'm an online student at the UofA making my days super flexable. I love to go on long walks and would love to have a buddy. I first prioritize making your pet feel comfortable with a stranger in the home and letting them know i'm not a threat. I mainly let them sniff and approach me then pet them and exhibit calm and trustworthy energy but will also treat them if given permission by the owner. As a pet owner myself, I know how much anxiety leaving pets behind brings when travelling. It’s so important to me to make sure the pets I care for receive the same kind of love I would want for my own cat. Skills & Experience: -Cared for family dogs and cats for 17 years, including daily walks. Provided pet-sitting for 15+ years -Current cat owner of 1 cat for 5 years. -Provided drop-in visits and overnight dog-sitting through rover for 3 years I’d love to help out with drop-ins and walking in a regular basis in my neighborhood. I work 9-6 on weekdays, so I can do morning and evening walks and drop-ins. Also, I can do over night pet-sitting as needed. I’m very responsible and reliable. About: My whole life has been around animals including 2-3 dogs in my household, caring for a guinea pig, and loving on my friends’ cats. We raised several dogs from 6 week old puppies to their senior years. Since moving out on my own I have had the opportunity to dog sit for all ages of pups. About: I’ve walked dogs for multiple families in my neighborhood as well as taken care of multiple cats while there family was away. I have also house-sat with a special needs dog which required me to spend the night.
