“When I first started looking for a dog walker I messaged 4 people on the Rover app, we were out of town and delayed a day from coming home. So this was the last minute need help with her dog situation. Sasha was the only person that was available. 2 were unavailable which we understood and one did not get back to us. Sasha was on time, and came in as a new person to our blue nose pitbull, our cameras showed us how kind and caring Sasha was to our dog. She took a moment to let Ryder get to know her instead of rushing out to just get him walked. She talked to him kindly and made him feel comfortable with a new person in his house and getting ready to walk him. They had a great walk. She responded to us right away and even took a little extra time to make sure that he got the walk he needed which we really appreciated. I would definitely pick her again to help us out in the future and i'm very thankful, she was available. Thanks Sasha! This was our first using the Rover app and it is much better easiest and cheaper than the Wag dog walker app. I was much happier with Rover.”

About: Hi! I’m Sidney, I love all animals and it’s truly important for me to make sure pets are happy and loved when their owners are away. As a pet owner myself, I know how much anxiety leaving pets behind brings when travelling. It’s so important to me to make sure the pets I care for receive the same kind of love I would want for my own cat. Skills & Experience: -Cared for family dogs and cats for 17 years, including daily walks. Provided pet-sitting for 15+ years -Current cat owner of 1 cat for 5 years. -Provided drop-in visits and overnight dog-sitting through rover for 3 years I’d love to help out with drop-ins and walking in a regular basis in my neighborhood. I work 9-6 on weekdays, so I can do morning and evening walks and drop-ins. Also, I can do over night pet-sitting as needed. I’m very responsible and reliable. I truly enjoy playing and interacting with both dogs and cats of all ages and breeds. I would love to help you make having a pet more do-able and stress-free! I work a 8-5 job Monday-Friday. I can do check-ins before work and after work. For stays I am unable to stop by during the day, unless you love near downtown. In the month of June, I can work from home (your house) the second half of the day. I only provide stays at your home. I can follow whatever safety and care requirements you have, besides taking the dog out mid-day on weekdays.

About: I have had a number of pets over the years from dogs to cats to various rodents and a couple of birds. I currently have four wonderful rescue dogs and two rescue cats. In addition to having my own pets, I've taken care of many of my friend's and family's pets while they were away, and have learned a lot about animal behaviors from volunteering for the Humane Society. I have a lot of flexibility in my daily routine. I can schedule work hours around pet care responsibilities, so I'm available to check-in on, or walk, your pet on short notice, as well as take care of your pet while you're away. I believe that the best way to lessen a pet's stress when their person isn't available is to keep their routine as close to normal as possible. Whether this means regularly scheduled walks or potty break/feeding times or spending time with them in the evenings, I would be happy to help your pet when circumstances arise that take you away from your home and pet.

About: My whole life has been around animals including 2-3 dogs in my household, caring for a guinea pig, and loving on my friends’ cats. We raised several dogs from 6 week old puppies to their senior years. Since moving out on my own I have had the opportunity to dog sit for all ages of pups. I have also always taken a special interest in volunteering at local animal shelters. I would love the chance to look after and love your animal like my own. I recently moved to the area and have time before my program starts. My days are all about learning the area and preparing for classes so my availability is extremely flexible. About: I’ve had furry friends my entire life, and have been taking care of other people’s pets since I was 13. Pet sitting is not just a hobby for me but passion that started my own childhood home. Having dogs in my own home, and thinking how I’d want a sitter to treat my doggie, I will be sending lots of photos, having clear communication with owner, and always be available to call if the owner needs to contact me on a doggie matter. I can take care of furry friends nearly everyday out of the week, although I am currently in collage and my schedule is Mondays and Tuesdays from 8:15 to 2:45. I do not have any pets at my house, so if your furry friend does not do well with other dogs it’s a perfect fit. If a dog is quite energetic and social we will go on lots of walkies to tire them out so there not missing out!

About: I have taken care of both puppies and adult dogs. I have a flexible schedule and can drop by more than once daily if needed! I’m retired and have an open schedule. I can do multiple visits daily if needed. I also have the flexibility to do longer visits if needed to provide socialization and comfort for your pet! I don’t have the ability to care for pets in my home, but I’m available to go to my clients’ homes as frequently as needed. My policy is to be very respectful of my client’s space while spending quality time with their pets! I can accomodate any special needs and I follow instructions well!

About: I worked at a boarding business for about a year and a half for dogs and cats. I worked with all different sizes and breeds, and ages of dogs and cats. My job tittle including playing and cuddling with the animals, feeding the animals, cleaning where they stayed, and giving medicine to the animals that required it. I have a little more than basic knowledge of dogs and cats health and always try to stay up to date with that. I dog sit and cat sit for friends and families regularly aswell. I have always grown up around animals and if you were to ask anyone who knows me they will say I have always wanted to work with animals since I knew what a job was. I am currently a college student and am majoring in wildlife conservation, while that's not specifically a major for cats and animals I still have and will learn a lot about those species as well!! I currently don't have a job so my schedule is really open. I work out everyday usually in the mornings to early afternoons. But I have a very flexible schedule! I have a fenced backyard just under 2acres of land. So it is very spacious for bigger dogs to run around in! I am able to walk dogs for however long.

About: I've been an animal lover for as long as I can remember. My first dog was a Chihuahua who lived to be 18, so I learned a lot about caring for senior dogs and making sure they stay comfortable as they grow older. I've also grown up around horses and farm animals, and I even had a leopard gecko for a couple years. Most of my friends and family have dogs too, so I've spent plenty of time around all kinds of personalities and energy levels. Being around animals has always been something I enjoy! I'm a full time college student, so I have lots of extra time to care for your beloved companions! I have my own transportation and extremely flexible times. I live in an apartment with my Belgian Malinois, so I know firsthand how important exercise, structure, and routine can be, especially for high-energy dogs! I'm very organized and always do my best to stick to each pet's normal schedule so they feel comfortable and at home.

About: It's always been a passion of mine to always work and be around animals. It's very therapeutic for me because it always puts a smile on my face. I went to school to be a Vet assistant so I have great experience in treating dogs and cats. Doing this kind of work I take in with passion because I know how important animals can be with their owners. About: I am a recent graduate from Colorado State University majoring in Animal Sciences and minoring in Zoology. During my time completing my undergrad I have had many opportunities taking care of dogs and cats for clients up in Northern Colorado. I am very detail oriented and attentive to my care for your fur babies. I also am known to be a great dog walker and have had some experience handling medication for cats and dogs. I’m currently going through vet tech school at Pima Community College! This semester is all online which allows me to be a bit more flexible with my schedule :) I am at your service and can be flexible with schedules throughout the week with communication! I’ve had cats my entire life and have shared the last seven years with my blue heeler, Dudley, so I’m comfortable with everything from independent felines to high energy dogs who need lots of exercise and attention. Whether your pet needs a long walk, a drop-in visit, or someone to keep them company while you’re away, I’ll treat them like family. I’m patient, attentive, and happy to follow your routines for feeding, medication, and anything else that keeps your pet comfortable. I work an incredibly flexible, remote schedule. I set my own hours and can fit visits, walks, and check-ins throughout the day, including midday breaks that are hard for many sitters to offer. When I care for your pets in your home, I treat your space with the same respect I’d want for my own. I will follow your house rules, clean up after every visit, and leave everything just as I found it.

About: Ive had many pets throughout my life. Majority being dogs. Ive had dogs of many sizes and breeds. Ive had three pitbulls, three chihuahuas, two german shepherds, and one saint bernard!! I work part time, my shifts usually being from 6 am - 1 pm on weekdays, which gives me much of my day to take care of your pets! Weekends are a bit more difficult due to the fluctuations in my work schedule but I'm pretty casual when it comes to working around things! I have a fenced yard, its not too big but there is space! I can also take your pet for a walk if they yard is not good enough! I will not leave your pet in a crate but instead allow them to roam freely (Unless you specifically want them to be crated).
