I had some worries about making too many specific requests, but she reassured me and praised my attention to detail as being a good pet mom. I loved seeing her posts on Instagram of my cats interacting with her during her visits, and she sent detailed updates and great photos for each visit. My very shy and timid cat even felt comfortable to come out and walk around while Lauren was in my home, which was a huge surprise to me. Definitely book with Lauren if you want the best pet care! Our dogs are a bit more high maintenance, and Annika is always so thorough about giving them their medication (and checking to make suer they actually take it).
