“Caira was wonderful with our two kitties! They both seemed very happy and healthy when we got home from our trip out of town. Even our shy cat seemed to open up to Caira! She did a meet and greet ahead of time and asked lots of questions and took notes to make sure we were fully comfortable. Definitely will be rebooking with Caira in the future :)”

About: I've been an animal lover for as long as I can remember. My first dog was a Chihuahua who lived to be 18, so I learned a lot about caring for senior dogs and making sure they stay comfortable as they grow older. I've also grown up around horses and farm animals, and I even had a leopard gecko for a couple years. Most of my friends and family have dogs too, so I've spent plenty of time around all kinds of personalities and energy levels. Being around animals has always been something I enjoy! I'm a full time college student, so I have lots of extra time to care for your beloved companions! I have my own transportation and extremely flexible times. I live in an apartment with my Belgian Malinois, so I know firsthand how important exercise, structure, and routine can be, especially for high-energy dogs! I'm very organized and always do my best to stick to each pet's normal schedule so they feel comfortable and at home.
“Alison was great! She helped walked and spend time with Tucson during the week! Helped me out a bunch and kept Tucson happy :) helped cleaned up his accidents and peepads too”

About: I've had dogs most of my life. First was Lance, a Springer Spaniel, when i was 4-yrs old. Add German Shorthair Pointers, Weimeraners, Labs, both English and Anerican Cocker Spaniels, terrier mix breeds and my current pup is a Long Hair Chihuahua. Most of my dogs have been shelter rescues. Also, I foster dogs for local shelters. I am retired and spend most of my time at home working in my new garden reading, or crafting. When we have dog guests, our time is devoted primarily to our visitors. Human away time rarely exceeds 4-hrs per day. I have a large fenced yard to run and play in whenever they want Chewy, the Chihuahua, is a friendly companion. Indoors is a dog-friendly/dog priority 3-bdrm home. Plenty of space if a visitor needs some quiet privacy or a mim with pups wants separation. Daily walks add to our exercise regime. Balls, frisbees and dogs are shared. Treats abound!
About: I have taken care of my sister’s two cats while she is out of town for the past 2 years. I have also checked in with my sister’s friend’s cat in the past. I’ve had dogs as pets in the past for the past 20 years and I can gladly take care of dogs by walking or check in with them. I am currently working part-time, so I’ll have time to play or give some company to your pets! I am available to pay a visit at your home on the weekends, anytime during the day. I may be available on the weekdays anytime after 4 pm to come check on your pets. I live in an apartment complex but there is a huge green grass area if your dog needs to be taken out for a potty break. If I do visit a home, I will ensure that your pet stays in their proper place when given specific instructions and I will follow them to make sure your pet stays safe.
“Absolutely AMAZING! First time ever using Rover and I am completely satisfied. Loved knowing how my fur babies were doing! Definitely would recommend Maddison She is an AMAZING communicator and went up and beyond. I definitely will be using this service again when I need it!”

About: Animals have always been a big part of my life. I’ve had up to three dogs of my own at once (plus cats and even farm animals!), so I’m comfortable managing different personalities, energy levels, and routines all at once. I’ve worked on a farm and volunteered at a local animal shelter, which gave me hands-on experience with dogs of all temperaments — from energetic and playful to shy or nervous. Those experiences taught me patience, consistency, and how important it is to make animals feel safe. I’ve dog sat for friends and family many times, and always treat their pets like they’re my own. Whether your dog needs long walks and playtime, a calm and gentle approach, or help taking oral medication, I’m focused on making sure your pet feels safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re feel confident they’re in good hands (I’m happy to give frequent updates!) I mostly have walk times available in the afternoon- 3:30pm and after. Saturday-Monday I have more availability (all day) for walks and visits! Communication is key to success and I am happy to try and make things work. I like to walk (or run) at whatever pace your dog sets, ensuring they get plenty of breaks to drink or rest as needed! Lots of attention and play is my specialty, but I also can appreciate some dogs and cats needing their space and can recognize when they just want to relax on their own. If you like updates with pictures of your fur baby, I’m your gal! You’ll be sure to stay in touch with how your pup is enjoying their walk or dinner with a picture or two.
“Laurie was a wonderful choice while I was on vacation. I had no worries as well as my dog, Chloe was clearly happy with her while I was away! I would gladly do business with you again thank you very much!”

About: I’ve been around dogs my whole life and have cared for my own since I was 4 years old. I’ve owned and cared for breeds ranging from Chihuahuas and French Bulldogs to Huskies, Pitbulls, and Cane Corsos, so I’m comfortable with dogs of all sizes, energy levels, and personalities. Friends, neighbors, and family have trusted me to help walk, feed, play with, and look after their pets while they’re away. I’m patient, attentive, and genuinely enjoy spending time with animals. Whether your dog is energetic and playful or more calm and relaxed, I make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and cared for. I’m currently on summer break from college and work part-time Monday through Friday from 9:30 AM–1:30 PM, so I’m available most afternoons, evenings, and weekends for pet care. My flexible schedule allows me to dedicate plenty of time to dog walking, drop-in visits, house sitting, and overnight care. I’m active and enjoy spending time outdoors, so I’m always happy to keep dogs exercised, engaged, and sticking to their normal routine while their owners are away. Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I always take time to understand each dog’s personality, routine, and any special instructions before caring for them. I’m experienced handling both small and large breeds, including strong and high-energy dogs, and I stay calm and attentive in different situations. Whether I’m caring for pets in your home or taking them on walks, I make sure they’re supervised, comfortable, and treated like family. I also keep owners updated with messages and photos so you can feel confident your pet is in good hands.
“Allyson is lovely, my grandfathers dog Pegsley who had to stay with me for a month before being rehomed needed walks 3 days a week while I was at work. She adored Allyson”

“Terri did a great job taking care of my kitties. They're skittish around new people, so she spent some time searching for them. She even came back later in the day when she couldn't find one of them in the morning. She re-filled the litter box when the sand was low, and generally did a great job caring for them.”

Pet parents share their Rover experiences - Starr Pass
Caira and Walter (my 6 year old Weimaraner) immediately clicked and it’s been an absolute delight having her come for weekly visits to feed him and make sure he gets a potty break on my long work days. She’s prompt, communicative, and so amazing with animals. I would highly recommend Caira if you’re looking for someone to spend some quality time with your pet companion!

Katelyn is the best of the best. Her love for animals is beyond measure. She has helped to care for my dogs in a difficult time and they are so much better for it. Every visit she leaves the house/yard better than she found it. My dogs are always so happy to see her. Cannot recommend her enough.
