“Leaving my pets when I need to go on a trip is not always easy. But I know I can trust Rosa. Rosa did an excellent job taking care of my Guinea pigs! She fed them daily, cleaned their cage 2 times a day and made sure they had fresh water. I am really happy with the results and when I came home my Guinea pigs cage was clean and all the Guinea pigs were healthy. Thank you Rosa for taking care of my animals! “I had never used Rover. I had no reason to. But traveling to Tucson in an RV, I realized I didn't have friends or family to watch my dogs if I needed help. In searching Google, Rover came up as an option. Once logged into Rover, the app suggested Nikki P. based on my criteria. I reached out to Nikki and she quickly reached back. She commented in Rover that we should jump on a call to discuss expectations. The call was a great way to share information. Nikki booked the gig. She met me and the dogs at the RV, on time with a big smile. She shook my hand then immediately turned her attention to the dogs. The dogs settled down quickly and warmed up to her. She asked me relevant and smart questions about how to care for them. While I was out, she sent pictures and updates. Nikki took the dogs on walks and cared for them like they were hers. Wow! Nikki was wonderful to meet. She is bright and engaging in our conversations. My neighbors asked me about Nikki. They told me they "didn't hear a peep" while she was caring for the dogs. I intend to use Nikki if I need it in the future.”

About: UPDATE: I have taken a stray dog in my home (see last photo) to nurse her back to health, therefore my boarding services will be inactive for a little. I am still available for drop in visits and dog walks! Thanks for understanding! I have had dogs in my family for years! I also have multiple veterinarians in my family that I learn from every day. I am usually the one staying behind on New Years to help comfort the pets during the fireworks instead of going out, if that tells you anything! ❤️ I am a Bachelor's student in my last semester and I also work part time in athletics. I would love to do early morning walks with your fur babies, but I am happy to accommodate your schedule as needed. One of my biggest strengths is communication, therefore you will feel at ease with your pet under my care. My home is my safe space and I would love to make it comforting to your pet as well. I would help your pet feel safe and secure. There is also a fantastic walking path just north of my apartment that I'm sure your dog would love!

About: I’ve taken care of pets since I was very young. Taking care of animals is always a great task at hand but is also one of my favorite hobbies! Pet care has always been something I’ve enjoyed. I have a part time job but I’m always happy to be able to watch your pets as well:) I’ve always had animals in my home since I can remember. I’ve dealt with animals with health issues, anxiety, etc. I will always be willing to work with ur pet to make sure they feel comfortable and safe.

“We always had a difficult time finding someone who would understand our dog and wouldn’t be afraid of his demeanor. However, Monica shows great confidence and understanding. Our dog (Peter) has a medical condition where he suffers from epileptic seizures and Monica went above and beyond to understand his medical condition and to learn what safety precautions to take in case of an episode. She is extremely reliable and responsible, we couldn’t trust anyone else with Peter. We would highly recommend her as she would be seen as part of our family.”
