About: As a pet owner myself, I value honest and reliable care, not only for owners, but the animals themselves. I have experience providing care for a diverse set of pets, including dogs, cats, birds, and other small animals. I aim to build trust with those for whom I provide care. I am comfortable with administering medication and attending to specific needs. Most importantly, I treat others pets with the same love and attentiveness as I do my own. I work full-time during the week, though I have more flexibility on Tuesdays and Thursdays when I work from home. I am available for drop-in visits any day of the week. I work with my clients to meet their needs and go out of my way to do so. When providing care in an owner’s home, I aim to leave pets and the home in a state that the owner would be happy to return to. I respect the boundaries of owners and pets alike so that I can build a relationship of trust, communication, and reliability. I hope to show my dedication to proper pet care through my actions.
About: I've had dogs since I was in 3rd grade, so caring for animals has always been a part of my life. I have experience feeding, walking, playing with, and giving pets lots of love and attention. I've also helped care for family and friends' pets while they were away. I'm reliable, patient, and will treat every pet like they're my own. I know how important it is to stick to a pet's routine and make them feel safe and comfortable, and I'm happy to send updates and photos while you're away. I'm currently working part-time through August 1, so I have a flexible schedule and plenty of availability. I'll be starting a full-time job on August 17, but I'll still be available on weekends and can discuss weekday availability as needed. I'll always make sure your pet gets the attention, care, and time they deserve. When caring for pets in a client's home, I treat both your home and your pet with the same respect and care I would my own. I will follow your pet's routine closely, including feeding schedules, walks, playtime, medications (if needed), and any special instructions. My goal is to help your pet feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you're away. I'll also keep you updated with messages and photos so you can have peace of mind.
“I'm a single dog dad and work long days, so Caeli helps me have peace of mind by taking my pups for their midday walk on days when I can't. She does such a great job with them and I know they are in good hands. Appreciate her help!”

About: I have had cats and dogs in my life since the age of 6. I have raised two dogs from puppies, and have a lot of experience with older dogs as my friends and family prefer to adopt. I previously fostered a Lab-Pitbull, and currently have a Pomeranian, so I have plenty of experience with dogs of all sizes. I am currently available any day of the week from 1:30pm on. I work from home, so overnight or extended stays are no issue for me! I have a big fenced in yard where dogs can run and play, and I live in a quiet neighborhood that is great for dog walks. About: If you're looking for a sitter who will treat your dog child like their own, then look no further :) I know how nerve-wracking it can be to leave your baby with somebody else, so I make it my mission to make sure you’re aware that your dog is getting all the love and attention they need. I take pride in providing quality photos and updates throughout their stay! My dog Finn and I absolutely love having new friends stay with us. Is your dog filled with energy and needs to get it all out daily? My back yard allows me to run around and play until your dog is ready for a break! If your dog is more of a stroller, they will definitely enjoy accompanying Finn and I on our walks around the walking trail. Whatever it may be; I am more than happy to accommodate for any of your dog’s specific needs Pet care fits right into my schedule the same way the care for my own dog fits into my schedule. It is my top priority that all dogs are comfortable and cared for My dog, Finn, has always been my shadow around my house. I'm just used to constantly being around him, and I find that my guests typically like to join in on the shadowing. I have a small house, so we are all usually in the same room hanging out. I love taking them on long walks around the scenic trail next to my house.
About: I have had cats since I was born, and I grew up learning how to care for and respect animals. Friends and family have trusted me to feed, walk, and play with their pets. I am doing part time work while going through school, so I welcome caring for pets as an opportunity to provide quality love and attention to them. I will treat your pets with as much love as I give my own. I welcome any details you want to share regarding your pets' personalities and any special care they need.
About: I’ve had animals since I was 6. Growing up I had over twenty cats, numerous dogs (big and small), and a horse! While owning animals allowed me to learn the basics, I’ve spent 10+ years volunteering in both RI and MA animal rescues to help animals in need. This has allowed me to meet an array of different species as well as personalities. It’s also taught me how to socialize feral cats/dogs, administer medication, CLEAN, and give lots of love. Each pet is unique and I learn something from every one of them! Some can run endlessly and others have to be rolled off the couch. I love and care for them all. At the end of the day I aim to be a consistent, stable, and reliable resource for pet parents looking for someone to care for their babies! I’m also open to discuss my pricing if need be I have LOTS of free time!! I’m hoping to fill up my schedule with as many fur babies as possible! The more snuggles the better! Making your pet comfortable is always the goal and that process isn’t always smooth! That’s okay! I have time, treats, and more treats on my side. For social animals I am able to just do what makes them happy. Walks, play time, cuddles, etc. For the shy babies I know it’s not always a one visit solution and that’s okay! I’ve had the meanest feral cats you can imagine in my house who turn into the snuggliest love bugs with a little time, love, and stability. It takes time to build trust and I respect that

“Katie was great once again dropping in daily to take care of my two cats . Very reliable and always sends pics and a note to tell me how the visits went . Highly recommend her !”

Jackie was amazing caring for my cat and dog-who has special needs and requires someone with patience and understanding of animal behavior. I 100% trust Jackie’s expertise and skills, and will be booking again! Being able to go away knowing your animals are in good hands is the best!

Heather is a wonderful sitter! I have an anxious dog, and I was nervous about allowing an unfamiliar person to care for her while I was on vacation. I purposely chose Heather due to her experience with anxious dogs, and I am so glad that I did! Heather scheduled a meet and greet prior to caring for her so my dog could become acclimated to her. Due to Heather's calming presence and careful efforts, Tootsie was very calm upon meeting Heather. While I was away, Heather provided thorough information about my dog, which was extremely reassuring. I felt confident that Tootsie was being cared for by someone who I trust. Heather went above and beyond to make Tootsie as comfortable as possible. I will definitely reach out to Heather again should I need someone to care for her.

Thank you for making the time for Bruno and Jimmy while visiting for summer. Only thing I would have appreciated would be pictures daily and compared to other sitters check in when coming in and out but otherwise seems like Jimmy and Bruno warmed up to Kailey pretty quickly

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
While Rover doesn’t offer traditional subscription services, some sitters offer recurring bookings for services like home visits and dog walking. Recurring services come with their own perks, such as flexibility to modify services (up to five weeks in advance), automatic billing, Rover Card updates, and same-day cancellations.
To find sitters in North Smithfield with recurring or weekly availability, select "Repeat Weekly" and which days you’d like them to care for your pet.
