About: Hi, I’m Marilyn! I have been caring for animals since I was 12 years old, starting with my neighbors' cats and expanding to dogs as I gained experience. Medication & Special Care Experience With years of pet ownership, I am very comfortable managing special health needs. I am experienced in administering: Oral Medications (I’m a pro at using pill pockets, cheese, or whatever trick your pet prefers!) Topical Treatments Ear Drops Meet My Pack: We are a pet-loving household! When you book with me, your pet will be sharing space with my sweet fur-family. My French Bulldog: He is an 8-year-old Frenchie who is incredibly laid-back and absolutely wonderful with kids and other animals. My Two Cats: Nemo and Milo. They are energetic, sweet kittens (born in October and November 2025) who are well-adjusted to a busy, animal-friendly home. Home Environment & Boarding Accommodations I want your pet to feel as safe and comfortable as they do in their own home. My house is fully equipped for secure, happy stays: Fenced-In Yard: Perfect for safe, supervised playtime and quick potty breaks. Finished Basement with Baby Gates: I have a spacious, finished basement that is perfect for giving pets their own dedicated zone. If your pet isn't fully comfortable around cats, I can easily keep them separated using baby gates. Crate-Friendly: If your dog prefers to sleep in a crate or is crated for safety when unsupervised, I am happy to utilize a crate according to your exact preferences. Whether your pet needs active playtime in the yard, quiet companionship or precise medication schedules, I am here to treat them like a member of my own family. I can't wait to meet your pup or kitty! As a stay-at-home mom and part-time nursing student, nurturing and safety are second nature to me. My nursing classes only take up 2 days of my week, leaving me with wide-open availability to care for your pet the rest of the time. Because I am home so much, I can cater to all of their needs—from high-energy play sessions to specialized care routines. You can enjoy your time away with peace of mind, knowing your pet is in attentive, loving hands! My goal is to provide a "home away from home" that mirrors the safety and structure they have at your house. Home & Environment: Secure Yard: Large, fenced-in area for supervised outdoor time. Hydration: Constant access to filtered, fresh water. Socialization: My two young sons, our friendly 8-year-old Frenchie, and two cats make for a social environment, but we can easily accommodate dogs who need their own space. Crate Ready: I can utilize your pup’s crate for sleeping or breaks to maintain their existing training and comfort. My Promise: I am highly detail-oriented and will follow your specific instructions regarding feeding, exercise, and behavior to the letter. Your pet’s safety and your trust are my primary concerns.

“Haley accommodated Sally very last minute and was an absolute life saver! She gave her quality exercise and provided me with tons of photos and videos as usual. Super reliable and as always will definitely use her again :)”

About: I have had pets my entire life. Dogs, cats, birds, fish, rabbits…I love animals of all kinds. My mom became paralyzed and I walked and took care of her 2 senior dogs for about 8 years until they passed. I gave them oral medication, cooked their food, walked and groomed them. Then she adopted a puppy and I took care of him as well as trained him. I currently have 2 french bulldogs of my own. One is a hyper little puppy and the other is a calmer 5 year old. I love caring for pets whether they are my own or someone else’s. I currently work part time in home care until 2pm 4 days a week. I am available most afternoons. My schedule changes if a client is in the hospital and does not need care those days which gives me the flexibility to pick up more last minute walks or check ins. I have children so I cannot work all weekend but i can be flexible and am open to them. I am open to walking your dogs in your neighborhood or wherever you prefer. I am also open to check ins and feeding dogs or cats. I will do my best to keep your routine with them if that is what you prefer. I would like to know a little bit about them beforehand and any preferences or habits they have.
“Kate was great with my two cats. She gave very detailed reports for both of them while I was away. She took the time to get to know both cat and learned what they each like.”

About: I’ve been a lifelong animal lover and have experience caring for both dogs and cats of all ages and sizes—from a gentle giant Mastiff to smaller dogs with daily medication needs. I understand that every pet has a unique personality and routine, and I take the time to make sure they feel comfortable, safe, and loved while you’re away. Whether your pet needs a long walk/ hike, playtime, cuddles, meds, or just a loving companion, I’ll treat them like they’re part of my own family. I know how much trust it takes to leave your pet with someone else, so I’ll provide dependable care and keep you updated with messages and photos for peace of mind. I’ll give your pet the same love, attention, and care I’d want for my own. I work part time caring for plants and helping with the on-site pets at my job. It’s a small company with a lot of flexibility so most of the time it’s easy to customize my schedule. If you need care in my home, I have a good set up with spaces that can be closed off if you have a shy pet who prefers quiet. As far as outside playtime for dogs, I have a good sized yard and live in a great neighborhood with sidewalks. I’m also able to go on hikes with your dog if that’s their thing. I’m comfortable coming to your home and keeping your pet’s routine as usual if that’s your preference.
About: I’m new to dog walking professionally, but I’m very comfortable around dogs and eager to learn. I’m patient, reliable, and attentive, and I take responsibility seriously especially when it comes to animal care and safety. I am willing to work with pets of any age and size. I also will be able to give you a reference if that make you more comfortable of course is not easy to leave your baby with someone you don’t know in hopes that that will make it easier. Feel free to reach out with any questions. Currently work at a Public School. I’m available for morning walks and afternoon walks. I’m also available during the weekend. I will have more availability during the Summer. I have a friendly dog what would love to keep your fur baby company. I also have a big yard the can play in but will keep them on a long leach for safety. How’s your dog with kids? I also have a 7 year old daughter who shares the same love for animals as I do!.
“Alli was incredible! She took such great care of our baby while we were gone. It’s always tough to leave your dog behind when traveling, but she made it easier with constant check ins and pictures to show us how our baby was doing!!! We’ll be reaching out to her again :))”

“Stephanie is such a big help to my chickens and me! She made sure my chickens had fresh water when I was worried about it being frozen. And on a holiday!! Thank you so much, Stephanie!!”

“We used to find a neighborhood youth to take care of our outdoor cat when we went away. Our cat is now older and needs transdermal medication applied to his ears twice a day - so 14 visits. It was time to find a reliable adult. Through Rover we connected with Jill who lives nearby and has her own senior cat. We could not be more satisfied with the care she provided. The daily notification of visits with photos were much appreciated - although they did make me miss my pet more. Thank you Jill!”

About: I have had and cared for dogs for 20+years since I was 10 years old. My husband and I adopted our golden retriever, Izzy in 2021. For 6 years I have been a volunteer and a foster at Forever Home Rescue in Medfield for the dogs that are brought up North weekly to find a home. We have fostered almost 30 dogs in our house & ONLY foster-failed with ONE, Pongo 🐶😊 I work a hybrid schedule currently and go into the office 2 to 3 days a week. I generally do not do week long boardings due to my work schedule, however it can sometimes be arranged depending on the week and our work schedules, so please feel free to still request! I have a fenced-in yard and two dogs, Izzy, a 5 year old Golden Retriever and Pongo, a 4 year old Lab/Weimaraner mix. They are both very sweet and happy pups who are used to sharing their home with dog- guests (whether boarding or fosters). When they were younger they went to daycare 2x a week and are well socialized and good with sharing their toys/beds/treats/etc. Pongo can be weary/protective the first time he meets a new dog and may give a growl or 2, but warms up quickly once he realizes they are friendly! Izzy and Pongo are both on the calmer side, and do best with dogs who will play/wrestle/run with them outside and then relax, lounge, and chew on some Benebones inside with them! Your dog is free to nap and hangout on the couch, dog beds, or our bed.
“Sarah was awesome with Rufus! Very professional always on time and made sure to check in to keep me updated on my favorite pup. I think Rufus loves her more than myself! Will definitely love to use her again and would highly recommend you do as well! Thanks Sarah”

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Bellingham
USophia was absolutely wonderful! She took such great care of our dog while we were away for the weekend and truly went above and beyond. We had her scheduled for three drop-in visits each day, and she was always on time and often stayed even longer than expected to spend extra time with our dog, which meant so much to us. Her communication was excellent throughout the entire weekend. She sent us lots of photos and updates at every visit, so we were able to see how our dog was doing and felt completely at ease while we were away. Sophia was incredibly kind, attentive, reliable, and clearly genuinely cares about the animals she watches. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely trust Sophia with our dog again. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone dependable and caring. We will definitely be booking with her again! ❤️

This was our first time using Rover, and we were so happy to find Angela. She made the entire experience easy and worry free by providing regular updates and photos, and letting us know how our Enzo was doing during their first time together. We booked her for two daily drop ins and everything went smoothly. Knowing that Angela is highly experienced and professional in handling dogs of all sizes and their unique behaviors and quirks gave us complete peace of mind while we were away. Thank you so much, Angela!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment.
