About: I offer an extremely flexible schedule, low rates, and significant experience. I have have hundreds of hours of volunteer experience, many of which I've spent dog-walking, facilitating adoptions, training, and working in the pet ICU of Austin Animal Center. Besides growing up in a household with dogs, chickens, tortoises, hermit crabs, and fish, I have substantial pet-sitting and house-sitting experience, with many neighbors entrusting me to love and care for their animals, yards, plants, and houses. These opportunities have proven my consistent responsibility and cultivated expertise in animal training, walking, and communication. I have a very flexible schedule and am available almost every weekday and weekend morning, afternoon, and evening. My flexibility allows me to truly deliver the attention and care your pet and house deserves. In a clients home, I intentionally establish a bond with the pet, and check-in with the house multiple times a day, making sure to go above and beyond to fulfill a pets feeding, exercise, cleaning, medical, and emotional needs.

I've cared for two cats and have raised my senior dog, who is now 17 years old. My schedule is very flexible, and I'm available most days of the week. The only days I'm unavailable are Tuesdays and Thursdays due to school. I'll be graduating in august, which means my availability will become even more open soon. I'm patient, attentive, and treat every animal with the same love and respect I would give my own pets. I carefully follow all instructions provided by pet parents, including feeding schedules, medications, exercise routines, and any special care requirements. I only give treats that have been approved or provided by the owner to ensure your pet's health and dietary needs are respected.

I live in a large home with a fully fenced yard, so dogs have safe, easy access to the outdoors for breaks and fresh air. I still make sure they get proper walks and activity based on their energy level—it’s not just yard time. I adjust my schedule to match each pet’s routine—whether that’s higher activity and stimulation or a calmer, more predictable pace—and focus on keeping their day consistent and low-stress. When caring for pets in my home, I focus on creating a safe, structured, and low-stress environment. I keep routines consistent with what they’re used to—feeding schedules, walks, and downtime—so the transition feels as natural as possible. Dogs have access to a fully fenced yard for safe outdoor breaks, along with regular walks and playtime based on their energy level. I’m home throughout the day, so they receive consistent supervision and attention rather than being left alone for long periods. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I prioritize maintaining their normal routine and environment. I follow all instructions closely—feeding, walks, medications if needed—and make sure the pet stays comfortable in their familiar space. I’m respectful of the home, keep things clean, and provide regular updates so owners know how their pet is doing. In both settings, I focus on being attentive, reliable, and responsive to each pet’s individual needs.

About: I have been petsitting for puppies and kittens for as long as I can remember. I particularly love senior animals and have grown up with both dogs and cats my whole life. I'm currently a full-time virtual student, so I have a lot of flexibility with my schedule. In addition to the joy I find working with animals, I am also trying to save up money for a study abroad I am attending in Spain this fall. My family's dogs are relatively low-maintenance and enjoy long walks in the neighborhood (as long as it's not too hot) and a big bowl of ice water to cool down. As for the cats, I enjoy spending time with them on the couch while I knit and playing with them via laser pointer.
