Both things worked out really well. Before she even started taking care of Izzy in our home, she came over to meet all of us, followed by another visit to take a walk with Izzy and myself to check all the "hot spots" in the neighborhood (aka rowdy dogs that Izzy might react to). It was another good opportunity for Izzy and I to get acquainted with Jennifer. During our time away, Jennifer sent frequent and very much appreciated updates and left the house in perfect order. About: My care is consistent and detail-oriented. Friends and family ask me to come help with feeding, walking, bathing, and playing to ensure their pets have a quality experience, and build a trusting bond with me! I am a full time teacher until early June. I get off early afternoons and am able to dedicate time outdoors and around the neighborhood on weekends. I enjoy going on walks and runs for daily activity. We have a gated courtyard and ample parks nearby for walks! There is a senior dog that enjoys playing and relaxing outside with your pet. I’m comfortable with crating and using gates to facilitate positive behavior.

About: I’ve been lucky enough to grow up with cats and dogs my whole life, I would happily take good care of yours to occupy my spare time and make a couple of extra bucks! I will be off of work for 45 days, home with a vehicle, available 24/7 in the San Diego area to watch/walk/check in on/play with your pets in all shapes and sizes. Whatever is asked of me, I will gladly do. I have a girl of my own at home(Harley) who requires a little bit of extra care so nothing will be difficult for me.

“Colin made it possible for us to have a four-day weekend getaway without any stress or worries about our fur babies. My wife was somewhat anxious and debated about canceling our plans, but once we met Collin she was no longer worried! When we did our meet and greet, we knew right away that he was the right choice. Collin is professional and expressed a sincere interest in taking care of our dogs. Once we left, he sent us a photo of their first walk; this made us super happy and gave me peace of mind. Through out the trip he would send us updates and send us pictures. He fed them on schedule and took them on their routine walks every day! He even gifted them a toy! That was super sweet. Collin went above and beyond for sure! We returned to our house, hugged our dogs and even found our patio looking more tidy than before. Collin is definitely our first and second choice for taking care of Puggy and Coco. After moving away from my dogs at home, I began working for a foster company to help house dogs in need before finding their forever home. About: I have lived with or cared for animals my whole life ranging from 10 week old puppies to dogs at the end of their journey. In the last 7 years, I have done pet sitting for families with 3 dogs and 3 cats, new puppies who are still potty training, dogs who have needed medication administered, can’t be around other animals, are high energy or slow to warm up, and more! I do not have any pets of my own at the moment (unless you count my best friend’s dog that is my favorite living thing on the earth), so I love spending time with other pets! I’ve lived in San Diego for a little over a year and am constantly exploring new places to go on long walks and parks to spend time in. Whether I’m watching your dog for an extended period of time, taking them on a walk, or stopping in for a day visit, we’ll have a blast together. When working with me, you can expect excellent communication along with plenty of cute photo updates. My goal is to make sure you and your pup have an anxiety-free experience. Feel free to message me with any questions. I’m excited to meet you and spend time with your pup! I work from home full time so I’m able to be flexible throughout the day with walking or checking in at various times. And for when I’m staying with your dog, you don’t have to worry about me going into an office for long periods of time. I’ll always coordinate in advance to ensure I’m able to give your pup exactly the amount of attention they need. I don’t currently offer pet stays in my own home, so I’m able to keep your pets as comfortable as possible. Feel free to let me know if there are any hazards or things to be aware of in your own home. I will never bring other animals or people into your home unless discussed in advance. While on walks or outside of the home, I default to keeping to ourselves. If there’s a dog on the street or coming close, we’ll calmly cross the street to avoid interaction. They’ll never be off leash in unfenced areas and will not be taken to dog parks unless talked about before the visit. You know your pet best, so let’s chat to give them exactly what they need!
