I reached out, they got back to me right away, we setup the zoom call to iron out a few details, and the next morning I dropped my pup off at their place. About: Hi there! I have a 10 year old chiweenie who is my world! He doesn't enjoy busy dog walking groups or crowded boarding so thought I'd offer up boarding/sitting for other pet parents in a similar situation! If you have a pup who enjoys a quiet home vs a busy boarding center then I may be the perfect fit. I've been volunteering at the city shelter with dogs for 10+ years and occasionally foster for two local rescues. I will not take Rover clients while I have a foster so no need to worry about another pup in the house besides mine. Dogs get to roam freely in my home and I also have a a fenced patio for the pups to sunbathe and a small doggy door for them to get in/out as they please. Numbers of walks depend on what your pup perfers! While I love big dogs I only take small/medium sized dogs for boarding and daycare as my pup Rico isn't a fan of a big dogs :( His comfort comes first when inviting furry guests in the house. Thanks for understanding! I work from home full time so my schedule is flexible. Currently I take my pup out 2-3 day for walks around the neighborhood (he always stays on leash). He spends most of the day sunbathing on my patio. Just a heads-up — I’m an early bird! For pick-ups needed after 10:00 PM, I do charge a small additional fee. For example, perhaps a 10:30-11PM pick-up would include an extra $5, 11:00-11:30pm an extra $10. Happy to discuss and finalize what feels fair and works best for both of us via messages! I will treat your dog as if it's my own! I also have a secure fenced patio for the pups to sunbathe and a small doggy door for them to get in/out as they please.
