About: I’ve grown up with both cats and dogs! Outside of my own pets, I have had experience in both dog/cat sitting and house sitting for friends and family. From my past experiences, I have built close and trusting relationships with both animals and owners. I’m responsible, have great communication skills, and tend to be flexible with scheduling. About: I’ve been around dogs since early childhood — they’ve always been part of my family. My own dog lived with me for 16 years, and throughout my life I’ve cared for pets with love, patience, and attention to their needs. I’m calm, responsible, and truly love spending time with animals. “We booked Genevieve for house sitting over a long weekend with our dog, Tucker, a very active 1.5-year-old Aussie shepherd who never runs out of energy. We warned her in advance that Tucker needs lots of stimulation or he gets destructive. She assured us she was up for the challenge, and she more than delivered. Genevieve gave him long morning and evening walks, multiple play sessions throughout the day, and even brought her own puzzle toys to keep him mentally engaged. She kept us updated regularly with photos and funny videos of Tucker playing or passed out from all the activity. When we got home, he was calm and relaxed, and it was obvious he adored her. What really impressed us was how proactive she was. She noticed Tucker scratching more than usual, let us know right away, and even offered to take him to the vet if needed. Thankfully it wasn’t necessary. She also left the house cleaner than we left it, with all the dog gear neatly organized. We honestly don’t know how she does it all, but we’re so glad she does.”
