I've been registered with Rover for some time but never had the opportunity to pursue pet sitting because I got a position with the City of TO as a crossing guard, then went on to caregiving. Now I'd like to pursue being a cat sitter so essentially new to Rover and would like to help you with your cat. I'm available and I'm trustworthy. Experienced cat owner since a teen, I'm now a senior citizen. My dog is a terrier mix, my best buddy, he has no problems with cats. I will care for your pet like it's my own. I am retired, and my days are filled with whatever I choose. We can work on a schedule that is compatible with mine. I'm open! I live in a mobile home park where pets need to be on a leash at all times. I take my dog for 2 walks a day and we go to my back yard multiple times so he can sniff and be a dog. I do not have a fence. I'm very cognizant of the wildlife around me and safety for my pets is number one. My cat passed away at age 15 a year ago and I’ve been reluctant to get another one. It was such a heartbreak for me. But I have a lot of love to give other kitties in my home or yours.
