About: Hi, I’m Dylan, and if you’re looking for someone to care for your pet like family, you’ve found them. I’ve been around animals my whole life. I started with gentle Labradors and now live with a high-energy Siberian Husky, so I know how to handle all kinds of personalities—from calm to chaotic. I’ve also raised cats and understand their unique needs, whether they’re playful, independent, or just want quiet companionship. My experience goes far beyond typical pets. I grew up on a safari park in Zambia, where I helped care for horses, elephants, cheetahs, and even lions. That background gave me a calm, confident approach and a deep understanding of animal behavior. Now based in the U.S., I offer dog walking, pet sitting, and drop-in visits. I’m comfortable with dogs, cats, and almost any animal that needs care. Whether your pet is shy, high-energy, needs medication, or just wants company, I’ll meet them where they’re at—with patience, structure, and real attention. Safety is always my top priority. Your pet will be cared for with love, professionalism, and respect for their routine. Let me know what your pet needs, and I’ll take it from there. I work for Amazon and my shifts are Sunday through Thursday from 8 AM to 4 PM. That means I’m available for pet care during the day and on Fridays and Saturdays. I’m happy to work around your schedule and make sure your pet gets the time and attention they need. I live in an apartment in Wilton with my well-trained husky. I’m comfortable with all dog sizes and temperaments and can accommodate regular walks, potty breaks, and any specific care routines. I prioritize safety, stay calm under pressure, and have experience managing multiple dogs at once.

“Sarah watched our kitten for a few days while we were away. She was great with giving us updates during each visit, refreshing his food/water/litter daily, and making sure that he got some play time and pets in! Will definitely rebook Sarah in the future! :)”

“Poppy LOVES spending her hour with you! She is always so tired from her walk and the photos we get are amazing! You are so flexible and always so accommodating! We know Poppy is well taken care of when she’s with you”

After the above date, I am available after 3:40 p.m. on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, so I will have plenty of time to play with your pups. Depending on location, I'm available for weekend boarding. Respecting others, good manners, please, and thank you were instilled in me at a young age. Now that I’ve adopted Winston, my sweet Frenchie, I couldn’t be happier! I’m not originally from Connecticut, so dog sitting is a fun and meaningful way for me to meet new people, give Winston some pup friends to play with, and support myself a bit while I’m in graduate school. ~ what kind of pups do I have experience with? ~ Hi! I’m Gaby! From raising and training a rambunctious puppy to walking senior dogs with mobility issues, I’ve had a wide range of experience with pups of all kinds. I love getting to know each dog and learning what helps them feel safe, relaxed, and happy. I have a soft spot for dogs who need a little extra patience, whether it’s building trust, managing separation anxiety, or following a specific routine. I’m attentive, reliable, and truly love caring for pups like they’re my own. If I’m house sitting, you might even come home to a space cleaner than you left it, just how I roll! 😊 ~ current availability ~ At the moment, I offer: - Drop-in visits - Dog walks - Doggy daycare in my apartment - In-home doggy daycare (Note: I’m not currently offering overnight house sits.) Please note: For doggy daycare or in-home house sits longer than 6 hours, your dog will be spending time with Winston, my sweet 4-year-old French Bulldog. He’s neutered, incredibly friendly, playful, and gets along very well with other dogs! ~ the schedule & about me ~ To gather your pup's care and safety information, I have a lovely form that keeps it all in one place! This helps me to "get the scoop" before a meet & greet. I’m currently a graduate student studying Arts Administration and work part-time as a Guest Solutions Manager at a coworking space—so making people feel welcome and solving problems is quite literally my job! I commute to NYC during the week for school and work, but I’m local on weekends and often available for last-minute bookings. If you’re heading out for a summer day trip or need some weekend pup care, I’d be happy to give your dog some love and attention while you're away! ~ service area ~ I service in Fairfield County, CT (New Canaan, Darien, Wilton, Ridgefield, Stamford, etc). ~ safety ~ Through our meet and greet or initial conversation, I have a thorough checklist I go through so that I have all your pup’s safety and care information. :) ~ meet & greets ~ I offer in-person meet & greets (30–45 minutes) for new clients before confirming a booking. These require a $20 good faith deposit, which will be applied to your total once you book. This helps ensure everyone’s time is respected and that all meetups are made with genuine intent to book. No deposit is needed if the meet & greet is scheduled after your booking is confirmed, or if you're a returning client! For doggy daycare and in-home daycare sits longer than 6 hours, the meet & greet will include a chance for your pup to meet Winston, my friendly and well-socialized French Bulldog. He loves making new friends and is part of the daycare experience! Thanks for your understanding and I can’t wait to meet you and your pup! ~ liability ~ For liability reasons and for the safety and consistency of care for your pup(s), I’m not able to do split stays/house sits with another sitter, family member, and/or friend. I am only able to accept bookings for which I’m the sole caretaker of your pup(s) for the duration of your outing. Thanks for your understanding!

New Canaan pet parents share their Rover experiences
We’re so grateful to Cindy for taking such wonderful care of our baby girl, Miss Saigon! While we were away, Cindy dropped by our home to feed her, play with her, and give her lots of love—and it made all the difference. Miss Saigon can be a little picky with new people, but she warmed up to Cindy so quickly. It gave us real peace of mind knowing she was in such kind and capable hands. Cindy was reliable, communicative, and clearly cares deeply about the animals she looks after. Every visit update made us smile, and we came home to a very happy pup. Thank you again, Cindy—we’ll definitely be calling you next time! — Nikolas & Miss Saigon 🐶💕
