“Ryleigh did a great job with our puppy Eevee for a drop in visit. Ryleigh is very knowledgeable in all things dogs, including puppies. She was very comfortable and engaged with our playful teething puppy! Would definitely book with her again”

About: Growing up my family always owned one or two golden retrievers at a time and instantly fell in love with the breed. I worked at a dog boarding/day care facility for about 3 years. I’ve worked with many different types of breeds along with all sorts of temperaments. With that came taking care of dogs of ALL ages. I’ve handled up to 15 large dogs at a time, also handling cats. Absolutely loved my job and hope to continue working with animals:) I work at a School in Grand Haven, Monday-Friday till around 4p.m. (Sometimes later) So, my evenings are open to walks & drop-ins. My weekends are still available for house sitting, drop-ins, and walks! In the summer there is lots more availability! I was lucky enough to grow up with a mom that did full time pet sitting at one point and got to tag along on all her trips. I also pet sit for family and friends. Including overnights, walks, and administering medications, eye drops, pills, ect. So, I know how important it is to be mindful of someone’s else’s home and their four-legged (sometimes three) loved ones.
About: I’ve been a pet owner since the age of 8. Dogs, cats, bunnies, birds, etc. I am home most of the week which means I have the time and space to take care of pets overnight. I have two dogs who are friendly with other dogs and love play dates. I am a stay at home Mom so I will have plenty of time to take care of your pet and their needs. I can also help with simple commands, leash manners and potty training (outdoors only). Pets are Treated like one of the pack. My dogs do not have crates they are with me through out the day and night. I am familiar with crating but you will need to bring your own pets crate. I have als had a lot of fun with my regular day care clients and have happy customers.
“So happy we found Baylee. The dogs obviously like her and she was close to our home in Whitehall. She sent bunches of pictures of our happy puppies and let us know about each visit. If she’s available for future trips we will absolutely use her 1st. Personable, trustworthy, and treated our dogs with kindness and love. Baylee is a person you can trust with your pets and home. Highly recommended!!!! Scott King”

“What an amazing experience to be able to be gone for a long day and know that Millie was loved and well cared for by Lexi!! We definitely will set up more dates with her! Thank you so much!! 😊”

“Taylor is amazing! She is sweet, friendly, trustworthy, and has wonderful energy. Our dog loved her and we will definitely book services with her again. She kept in contact via message and sent several photos at each visit. We are very happy with our experience!”

“Miranda gave us the peace of mind we’ve been looking for for our two beautiful cats. We have been doing of family vacation for six years and this is the first year I have been able to be worry free. Miranda sent messages and pictures of each visit, in my opinion, she took care of our cats like they were her own. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for the time and care you gave our boys , we will definitely use Miranda again if she’s available ♥️”

About: I have always loved animals. My favorite thing to do is go on walks because I get to spend time with my best buddies and I get some excercise myself. All dogs have a unique personality and I love getting the opportunity to get to know each dog. I am a pretty active person myself so I am able to power walk or even run to get the dogs energy out! My schedule is pretty flexible but I prefer mornings and afternoons (morning walks are always peaceful and nice). I am willing to travel to trails and other walking areas to give the dog a new adventure and so they do not get bored with the same walking routine. I think even dogs like to change up where they walk every now and then! My current work schedule is already extremely flexible. I am able to work around any pet care visits and walks. I would love to spend the extra time I have caring for animals as they always make days brighter! Currently I am only doing care at the clients home. We just moved and currently do not have a fence set up yet. Our two dogs listen pretty well so we don’t have to worry about them running off, but I don’t want to risk watching anyone else’s fur baby at our home until we have a fence put up! I am willing to care for pets at the clients home and can promise I won’t make a mess and will clean up after myself and the pet!
About: I have owned and taken care of animals my entire life, I have several years of experience caring for dogs and cats including walking, bathing, feeding, and so much more! I also have experience in basic training for younger animals and I am also able to care for senior animals such as giving medication or treating them with the extra care they deserve! I'm currently a full time student at Northern Michigan University, so I will have plenty of time to care for and play with your pets! I prioritize your pets safety and will never leave them out of my sight or unattended. I will take upmost care and consideration when it comes to keeping your pets healthy, safe, and happy.
“Gabby was able to take my pups as a last minute booking, which was a lifesaver for us. My pups looked happy and comfortable with her. The cat even came out to visit her, and she doesn’t people to often.”

About: Your cat deserves more than just a quick food-and-water visit! I provide loving, dependable in-home cat care so your kitty can stay comfortable and stress-free in their own familiar surroundings. I’ll make sure your cat has fresh food and water, a clean litter box, playtime, attention, and plenty of affection (on their terms, of course! 😻). I’m happy to send photos and updates so you can relax knowing your fur baby is being well cared for. Whether your cat is playful, shy, independent, or needs a little extra TLC, I’ll treat them like one of my own. ❤️ Serving Spring Lake, Michigan and surrounding communities. I own a small residential cleaning business and am adding a pet care business as I already pet/house sit for some of my cleaning clients on the side. I have watched a few of my cleaning clients' pets (cats and dogs) while they are on vacation. I have stayed overnight in their home, making sure their dogs go out and are well fed, whilst taking care of their home.

Animals have always been a part of my life—I’ve had a dog for as long as I can remember—and I truly understand the comfort, companionship, and emotional support they bring. I treat every pet I care for as if they were my own, making sure they feel safe, loved, and well cared for while you’re away. Whether you need drop-in visits, daily walks, or extended stays, you can count on me to be reliable, attentive, and respectful of your pet’s routine. My goal is to give you peace of mind knowing your pets are in caring, experienced hands. I work Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 4 PM, with the flexibility to work remotely when needed. I’m typically in the office Tuesday through Thursday, but my schedule allows me to adjust and be available for your pet’s needs. I care for pets in my home as if they are my own, paying close attention to their body language, routines, and individual needs and preferences. I also provide care in the owner’s home with the same level of attentiveness, respect, and consistency. I treat every home I enter with extreme care, professionalism, and respect.
“Justice was so great with our drop in visits with our cat while we were away on vacation. She sent videos and photos everyday as well as kept me updated on how my cat was doing each day/visit. It was such a relief to know our cat was being well taken care of while we were gone. Thanks Justice!!”

“Amazing pet sitter! Katelyn kept me updated with messages and pictures while we were gone. She’s very caring and trustworthy. We would definitely recommend and will be rebooking with her in the future.”

Isabella was awesome! We live 2 minutes away from her so she came out in advance to meet us, our dog and go over our routine (our pup is new to us, we adopted her 3 weeks ago!) for when she has to check in our pup. She clearly had fun with Lizzy, took lots of photos and was great at communicating! We will def rebook with her!

I couldn’t have asked for a better dog sitter! Emily took amazing care of our two dogs and kept us updated with photos and messages the whole time, which gave us total peace of mind. It’s such a relief to find someone so reliable, kind, and great with animals. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a trustworthy pet sitter!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
While Rover doesn’t offer traditional subscription services, some sitters offer recurring bookings for services like home visits and dog walking. Recurring services come with their own perks, such as flexibility to modify services (up to five weeks in advance), automatic billing, Rover Card updates, and same-day cancellations.
To find sitters in Muskegon with recurring or weekly availability, select "Repeat Weekly" and which days you’d like them to care for your pet.
