About: Dogs have always had a special place in my heart. I grew up in a home full of animals, including a loyal family dog who was truly part of the family. Since then, I’ve cared for dogs of all sizes, personalities, and energy levels from playful puppies to calm older companions. I believe dogs are often more loyal, honest, and emotionally tuned in than people that’s why I love being around them. I’m active, patient, and reliable, and I take the time to understand each dog’s unique personality and needs. Whether your dog loves long walks, playtime, cuddles, or just quiet company, I’ll make sure they feel happy, safe, and loved while you’re away I recently moved to New York, so my schedule is very flexible right now. I’m spending time settling in, exploring the city, and making my new home feel cozy - and having a pup by my side would only make that experience better! I usually have a lot of free time during the week and can easily adjust my day around your dog’s needs, whether it’s walks, playtime, or quiet companionship. On weekends, I often take short trips outside the city to spend time in nature - and when I stay in town, I’m happy to spend that time caring for your furry friend. I create a calm, clean, and pet-friendly environment in my 1 bedroom apartment in UES, where animals feel safe and relaxed. I pay close attention to each pet’s personality and needs - whether they’re playful and active or prefer quiet time and cuddles.I make sure they have fresh water, regular meals, mental stimulation, and plenty of love and attention throughout the day. I live in a secure, high rise apartment with plenty of natural light and space for pets to lounge, explore, and feel at home. I never leave pets unattended for long and treat them with the same care and respect I would give my own

About: Growing up with dogs of all shapes and sizes in my family - ranging from Yorkies to Boxers age range from pups to elders - I developed a deep love & care for dogs. I am currently a nurse and volunteer at an animal shelter here in the city. I can’t wait to meet your baby! I’m a nurse so I have free time every day after 5pm to walk your baby, as well as various days during the week and weekends that I’m fully off. I will be watching and caring for your pup. I live with my boyfriend and we have one friendly 4 year old Pomsky to keep your pup energized with if you’re interested! Aside from the lure of a fun pup, I have a fenced in rooftop area in my apartment where the dogs can run off leash. We are also a short walk over from Central Park.

About: I grew up with dogs my whole life and helped take care of my family and friends dogs growing up. I know how stressful it can be to have to be away from my dogs, so my priority is to create a home away from home for your dog. I live in an apartment and I am only a 5 minute walk away from the dog run by the water, and a 40 minute walk to Central Park. While my apartment is not huge, I do have a long entryway that I play fetch with my dog Mocha. I am currently working fully remote and so I’m home all day! I am very communicative and will always take multiple photos and videos throughout the day so that you have full visibility. As for walks, Mocha and I are super flexible and would absolutely love to go on a chill walk, a short adventure to Central Park, or anything they’d like - just let me know and we will personalize our approach based on your puppy’s needs. We are also happy to do a meet & greet! I'm fully remote so my attention will be dedicated to the pups! I go on 4 walks a day and can tailor my schedule to be the same as what you have set up for your dog. I am an active user of Rover so I know how hard it is for dogs to be away from their environment, so my goal is to recreate the same routine & environment as they had at home! Dogs are part of the family so they have access to all parts of the apartment. My 1 bedroom apartment is not big but it is fully dog-proofed and I have a long entryway that allows the dogs to run around. My priority is safety and comfort so I always keep an eye on the dogs, and this is easy for me as I have full control over my schedule

About: I trained my dog, Snuffles who is a Malshipoo, since he was 8 weeks old right at the beginning of the pandemic. Before then I would regularly dog sit for my friends to gain experience before I committed to getting a dog. I work from home full time and my partner Peter works from home part time so we have all the time! All the pups that stay with us will receive care as if they are our own. During the week days your pet can play with Snuffles and run around our apartment. We will take them out for regular potty breaks, and after work take them on a walk or to the dog park. On the weekends we will also take them on longer walks and spend longer time at the dog park. I live in a big apartment accessible with elevators and multiple doormen. I also have access to the building's Dog City, which is a grassy area that dogs are allowed to play in (see last pic). We have a crate that your pet can use for sleeping. My dog Snuffles is super friendly and will keep your pet company! :)

About: I raised my dog from 6 weeks old to a 17year old senior citizen. I know how to work with pets in all stages of life. I work 100% from home and have a pretty flexible schedule. I do take work calls from home but those are typically no more than an hour each. I can offer a secure, loving environment for your pet. I can take them on as many walks or potty breaks as needed in addition to playtime.

About: Hello, my name is Anahita and I have been lucky enough to grow up around pets (3 cats and 1 dog) since the age of 5, and I've loved every single moment of it. As a proud cat mom to a 7-year-old tabby, who I adopted and have taken care of since he was just 3 months old, I understand firsthand how important it is to have a reliable and trustworthy pet sitter as I have also used Rover myself as a client. I also have lots of experience housesitting and pet sitting for clients through Rover, friends and family in the past making sure that their fur babies receive ample amounts of cuddles, attention and playtime in their absence. I feel comfortable providing oral, ear and eye medication and extra care to pets who need special attention. I would love to hang out and spend time with your best bud :) I work from home everyday and make sure to give lots of attention and check on your pets between meetings and hang out in the same room as them so they feel super loved in your absence. At this time I am open to cat and dog sitting drop in requests as well as boarding requests for cats. I have also added a picture of my living room in the photos so you can see where your pet will be basking in the sun when they stay with me as I work from home everyday. I have floor to ceiling windows on 2 sides and hence gets lots of sunlight which pets enjoy. I also love giving cuddles and hugs so pets staying with me are allowed on the couch and the bed with me!
