Julia was absolutely wonderful with our dog, Poppy, over the holiday weekend. Poppy has a special diet and can’t have any human food, and Julia was very careful to follow all of her instructions. Poppy also gets a little anxious when left alone, especially during fireworks, and Julia was incredibly patient and comforting with her throughout the weekend. Julia kept us updated with regular messages and photos, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. It was clear that she genuinely cared about Poppy and knew exactly how to make her feel safe and comfortable. From the moment they met, Julia put Poppy at ease. it was obvious she’s a true dog person. Julia is mature, responsible, and an excellent communicator. Amber was amazing with my dogs. She sent updates and pictures everyday. This was the first time that my dogs were ever out of my care and they were not the best guys to deal with but Amber did understand they were upset. I would definitely recommend Amber as she made this experience a very positive one.
Cindy is absolutely amazing! She sends daily updates and multiple pictures, which put our minds at ease. We hate to leave our fur babies, but when we do, we can't think of a better place for our dogs. They get multiple walks per day and lots of cuddle time. The only problem is that I don't think they want to leave Cindy's because they have so much fun!
Raeann was our first boarding experience using Rover and we will 1000% board with her again. She was very communicative with us during our vacation and sent many pictures! Our dog was very comfortable with her and absolutely loved sitting outside on her deck. Sebastian did such an amazing job looking after our Nellie! I could tell from the photos and updates he provided that Nellie was happy and felt comfortable in their home. She is a more timid pup, and takes time to warm up to strangers typically— when I picked her up, she kept running back to them to give them kisses, so I know she absolutely loved her time there. They let her sleep in bed with them, and that is his her favorite thing in the world. Sebastian will be my go-to sitter from now on!
