“Mallory has been outstanding! Their calm demeanor has been perfect for my ~slightly~ manic aussie, Bindi. Would recommend to anyone! They have been a great add helping walk her a few times a week!”

About: I have been taking care of dogs since I was 7 years-old, and my parents told me our family dog was my responsibility. I have had six dogs of my own over the years, including one foster dog that I had for several years. I have dog sat for many of my friends and neighbors over the years, as everyone knows how much I love dogs! I currently work from home in Richmond and spend all day with my loveable Golden Retriever, Louie! He gets along very well with other dogs and is happy to host them in his house and backyard. We would love to care for your best canine friend as well! I currently work fulltime from home so I am able to be home nearly all of the day with your dog(s). I will be at home on the computer or on the phone so your dogs will be with me almost all times of the day. I know what it's like to leave your dog babies with other people when you travel so I try to give them as much attention as I can. I'll also keep you well updated while you're gone as well.
“Jessica did a great job walking our Australian Shepherd! It was my first time using Rover and she made it super easy. She was right on time, professional, and friendly. Will definitely be reaching out to Jessica next time I need helping walking my dog! Thanks Jessica!!”

“Avery is very sweet and attentive to Goldie. She can over early in the first walk to sit and slow Goldie to get comfortable with her. Loved all the photos and feedback about my dog.”

“Brittany is simply awesome! She sent very detailed updates after each walk with my dogs, and did a great job of making sure that she had all of the necessary information to have safe, quality time with them.”

“Niely did a fantastic job looking after my elderly pup and cat. She gave lots of pictures and text updates, it felt great to know they were getting a lot of attention and love. Would recommend and will definitely use again!”

“Nina is great with our dog. She always arrives on time and provides amazing feedback on the walks. She’s also very accommodating whenever we need to adjust our schedule.”

“Mary came through in a pinch when I needed a last minute dog walker! I appreciate her quick response to my request and even timed the walk perfectly around the rain so that my guy would go outside! Thank you!”

About: I’ve owned pets my whole life. I have experience with puppies, adult, and senior dogs. Cats as well. I have a 3 year old active dutch shepherd so I am used to long walks and playing fetch etc to ensure both physical and mental exercise. I work full time but do so remotely and can be flexible with my breaks. I will have the most availability Friday-Sunday and then evenings Monday-Thusday. I am great at following clients instructions and preferences. I am available to care for your pet in your home for drop in visits as well as walks.
About: I've taken care of dogs my whole life, from my family's goldens and beagles, to neighbors or friends' senior dogs large and small, and everything in between. Puppies, reactive dogs or those needing specific instructions, you name it! I'm very communicative and am great at following directions/asking for clarification when needed! I'm currently looking to explore dog care to supplement my income while I'm helping my family with some things, so I'm very free especially on the weekdays! I frequently take care of my friends' dogs at their homes and am very happy and comfortable meeting new dogs and following whatever instructions for play, food, meds, etc are needed!
“Alyssa is a pleasure to work with. She’s friendly and flexible. When I get home at the end of the day Mabel is always in a good place when she’s had a walk with Alyssa.”

About: Over the years I’ve cared for many types of dogs: wheaten terriers, springer spaniels, labs, golden doodles, etc. I’ve been very involved in training our dogs and teaching them fun tricks! I’m currently not working so between job applications and interviews I have plenty of time to walk dogs and pet sit! I’m also available on weekdays and most weekends I grew up with dogs, and I currently have a very friendly and outgoing 5 year old English Springer Spaniel (neutered) that loves to play with other dogs. I’m very aware of my surroundings when walking dogs and I’ve had years of experience to properly handle any situation that may arise on our walk.

I treat every home with respect and every animal with patience, care, and attention to detail. I follow instructions closely, from feeding routines and medications to walk preferences and household rules. I’m mindful of doors, gates, leashes, and surroundings to make sure pets stay secure at all times. I also keep a calm, clean, and positive environment so your pet feels relaxed rather than overwhelmed while you’re away. Communication is important to me, so you’ll receive regular updates, photos, and messages for peace of mind. My goal is for you to feel confident trusting me with both your pet and your space.

Amanda went above and beyond! When I needed to set up a walk for Thanksgiving day on short notice, she arranged a time to come and meet me and my dog ahead of time and asked great questions. She was communicative, showed up on time, and gave my dog extra care, love, and attention after her walk. I wouldn’t hesitate to book with her again. Thank you so much!
