“I think Susie had a good time with Pamela and Paul. We went out of town a couple of days and they took care of her. Susie is 14, moving a little slowly and hard of hearing. They had to carry her up and down steps to the backyard since Susie hurt her back a few years ago. We will use them again. We felt good about Susie staying with Pamela and Paul.”

They really worked with him to help him adapt to his new surroundings and by around day 3, he was completely comfortable and started sleeping through the night. Ginat is absolutely incredible! We were away for 10 days and felt completely at ease knowing JJ was in her care. JJ usually takes a few days to settle into new environments, but Ginat managed to get him comfortable and happy by the very first day, which is a huge testament to her skills. She kept us updated constantly with photos and messages, and I loved knowing he was getting multiple walks and plenty of playtime. JJ truly loved being at her house. If you're looking for someone attentive, communicative, and genuinely caring, I cannot recommend Ginat enough!"
Linsen & Gr. are my hands down favorite doggie sitters. They are communicative, send amazing pics (better than anything I can take), have a fabulous yard and treat my dogs like an auntie and uncle. They book quick…so you got to plan ahead. They deserve every dollar and every tip! Will always pick first.
Cindy was able to take Ludlow on short notice after another sitter had to cancel. Luds and I appreciated her calm, easygoing demeanor. Luds has some senior issues now (vision, moments of confusion), and I wasn't sure how well he'd settle, especially since I dropped him off near bedtime. He adapted well to being at Cindy's place, met a few doggie friends while he was there, and had some good walks. I appreciated Cindy's updates, and Luds was in good spirits when I got back.
I really wanted to leave a good review but I would be very careful booking her. I ignored the previous 1 star review that she got to be unbiased, but she does not care for good customer service. She got away with up charging me and won’t refund me for the extra day that she did not service my pet since I paid her outside of Rover. She cut off communication after I politely asked for a refund, which she agreed that she would, and then never did.
