Our older dog Ali had never gone to a dog sitter before. I felt reassured and confident leaving her in Mollie's care. She did really well, and Mollie had only nice things to say about Ali. She sent me pictures! When I got home and realized Ali's food was still in her refrigerator, Mollie brought it to me! Above and beyond. I appreciated everything she did.
I had a great experience with Jo-Ellen! My dog was very well taken care of. She was very happy to be in a home with another dog her size. I got pictures and updates throughout the entire weekend. And Jo-Ellen is just such a kind person. Will absolutely use in the future!
We were very rude in that we didn't drop her off and pick her up on time. Fernando was very accommodating and kind to our change up! He sent us plenty of pictures and updates letting us know she was settling in and made sure she had eaten breakfast. He took our booking last minute and responded extremely quickly. He is a little higher than the other dog watchers but the peace of mind is worth it to me. 10/10 would book again. Suki comes back tired and happy!
