“We were desperate last minute for someone to watch our dog on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. We reached out to Lydianis and her husband Alex on Rover. They were very quick to respond and continued with good communication throughout the entire time they had my dog. They took the time, at a very busy time of year, to meet us on the Sunday before at a local park and introduced their beautiful Lab Chase to us. Seeing how well they handled Chase and how understanding they were of Clementine’s intimidation, really eased our minds of my small dog being around a bigger dog and it showed how compassionate these two fun dog loving people are towards their guest dogs and owners. Prior to Clem's stay, they asked all the right questions about how to care for her and what they could do to help with any anxiety, when to feed her how much, etc., We felt very comfortable with them and liked both of them very much! About: I've had dogs in my life since I was in my 20s. I have crate and potty trained all my dogs. I have patience and compassion for dogs. I would often meet up with friends and family at house party gathering and dog park gatherings to socialize my dogs and to show them love, companionship, and that they are a member of the family not only a pet. I've kept and cared for dogs until there dying age and paid for there cremation. I am indeed a dog loving person. I am currently taking care of my mom who has dementia 24/7 and I am home with her all day. The only days I'm out the house is when my mom or myself have a doctor's appointment. The time I have during the day, I can do dog walks and drop by to feed and let your dog out to your yard. I currently have a chiwawa mix dog name Romeo and he is fed, taken out for walks and sleeps on my sofa everyday. He is encouraged to play, fetch and have treats as rewards. He is shown love everyday and has all his shots and vet visits up to date.

Both my cats were feral when adopted and so they typically hide from people they don’t know but Cera sent me pictures everyday of both of them and was very patient with them. I am so grateful they were in good hands for the weekend.”
“Jess was incredibly caring with my four cats while we were away in Greece for two weeks. My senior cat requires daily medication and extra monitoring due to his diabetes, and Jess did a fantastic job making sure he was eating well, taking his medication, and using the litter box normally. She also made sure my three one-year-old babies were well cared for and gave them plenty of extra playtime to help burn off all that kitten energy. Jess was excellent with communication and sent daily updates and photos of the babies. I was able to fully relax and enjoy my vacation knowing they were in such good hands. It’s also clear that Jess truly loves animals. She cared not only for our cats, but also for the neighborhood stray cats, and even adopted one of the sweet strays and gave him a loving home. About: I've had my first cat since I was 14. He is my actual child and his name is Nugget. Nugget is a little crazy and vindictive but I love him. I also have a loving tuxedo cat named Marbles who is my little lover boy. I have a barn cat that is named Thomas who comes when you call his name. We also have partial custody of a feral cat named Salem that we are trying to trap and neuter. I haven't been able to pet him but Ive gotten pretty close!
About: I have had animals since I was a little girl. From mice, guinea pigs, rabbits, dogs and cats- I’ve taken care of them all! Last year I took in my mom’s dog since she moved and couldn’t take her along, so technically this is my first time owning a dog (on my own), but there has always been either a dog or a cat in my home growing up, so I have dealt with it all- accidents, anxiousness, and everything in between. I have also been able to teach my dog some new basic tricks, despite her being 13! I am very patient, determined, and caring. I currently work full time, 2nd shift 3p-11:30pm, so I am available M-F up until 2pm when I need to start getting ready for work. I wake up early and take my dog out right away, then again in about 3ish hours, and then right before I leave for work to ensure that I don’t come home to an accident, and then she potties and eats dinner when I get home. On the weekends, I’m home probably 90% of the time, so we go to the museum, dog park, and for the most part, she runs all of my errands with me! Despite me living in an apartment, I do still have a yard in the front and the back of the building, so if my dog (or yours) isn’t feeling up for a walk (or the weather isn’t great) there is still grass for them to go to the bathroom. I do not mind about my dog being on my furniture- it’s her house too! That is how it would be for your pet too! I also have a small balcony, where me and her sit and hang out for some fresh air.

About: My family has had a dog my entire life, but I got MY first dog when I was 12 years old. He was my best friend and his name was Tucker. He was an Australian Shepherd and we spent most of our time together. I taught him how to sit and shake his paw...we even mastered a high five. Tucker and I went through life together. He was my copilot, my swimming buddy, my listening ear and the best pillow to lay my head on. In his late years, Tucker's vision and hearing were mostly gone, but he could always find me with his nose! Near the end of his life Tucker lost the connections from his brain to his back legs. I had to carry him outside to use the bathroom and that was when I knew it was time to let him go. Tucker passed away in my arms in October of 2021. My life was forever changed by my furry best friend. He was lucky to have a furry friend for the last 5 months of his life. We adopted an American Staffordshire Terrier in July of 2021 and he has brought so much joy to our home and has helped my kids with the passing of Tucker. Rumble is our puppy and I have house trained him and he is very good with kids and other dogs. I am currently working from home so it gives me a lot of flexibility to let your pups out to play and to make sure they have a lot of free time throughout the day. My lap is always free for any pup that needs a seat and some back scratches! I have a very friendly dog that would love to have play time with your dog, but I also have a crate for my dog should they need some time apart. I have a large back yard and I have 30' leads for the dogs to run around on. I am willing to give treats if you wish and your pup is welcome to bring their favorite toys and a blanket from home to smell for comfort.
About: I’ve been around animals for as long as I can remember. I’ve been around all kinds of animals my whole life, from chickens, hamsters to cats, dogs, and even horses. I’ve helped care for cats and dogs for family and friends in the past, providing feeding, playtime, companionship, and general care. I genuinely love spending time with animals! I’m very patient and understanding, which I think is super important when it comes to pet care (and earning their trust!). I am a college student but I usually only have two classes in the morning, which leaves me free the rest of the day to give your pets plenty of attention, care, and love! I have a fenced backyard and a super friendly, medium-sized dog, along with a cat who spends most of her day exploring outside. If your pet needs privacy or separate space, I totally understand and have room to accommodate that.

About: I have had various dogs since I was a child including dachshunds, jack russels, and chihuahuas. I’ve always helped around the house and with the animals. (We’ve even had goats, chickens, goats, and a pig! So I know how to handle different dynamics.) I have trained and taken care of my own dachshund puppy over the past two years. I’ve taught him tricks, crate trained him, and navigated how to walk on a leash properly. As an early grad I am working to build my schedule with work. I make time for what’s important to me and that includes YOUR FURRY BABIES! I do have one part time job but I am very flexible with my availability. If you prefer me to be present at the house 24/7 I will! If you are okay with me working a shift or two while petsitting I can do that as well. All I need is communication! I will act and provide my services based on you and your pets needs. I am comfortable to give medicine, take your pets out for potty breaks any time they need, to crate them or share a bed for my stay.
About: I have always had pets growing up as a child and my love for them has grown into my adulthood even more. I have a passion for learning and understanding all different types of animals. My experience in Pet Care is from having my own pets and caring for family, friends and volunteering over the years. Im currently working a part-time job, so I’ll have plenty of time to play with your pets! Im available on the weekdays and the weekends! I will make sure when we are outside going on walks that we are in a safe environment and that we are not ever in any danger and while we are home l will make sure that the dog is not getting into trouble that it could harm itself if it’s gets into something it’s not suppose to!

They were very quick to respond and continued with good communication throughout the entire time they had my dog. They took the time, at a very busy time of year, to meet us on the Sunday before at a local park and introduced their beautiful Lab Chase to us. Seeing how well they handled Chase and how understanding they were of Clementine’s intimidation, really eased our minds of my small dog being around a bigger dog and it showed how compassionate these two fun dog loving people are towards their guest dogs and owners. Prior to Clem's stay, they asked all the right questions about how to care for her and what they could do to help with any anxiety, when to feed her how much, etc., We felt very comfortable with them and liked both of them very much!
