They took the time, at a very busy time of year, to meet us on the Sunday before at a local park and introduced their beautiful Lab Chase to us. Seeing how well they handled Chase and how understanding they were of Clementine’s intimidation, really eased our minds of my small dog being around a bigger dog and it showed how compassionate these two fun dog loving people are towards their guest dogs and owners. Prior to Clem's stay, they asked all the right questions about how to care for her and what they could do to help with any anxiety, when to feed her how much, etc., We felt very comfortable with them and liked both of them very much! We were very rude in that we didn't drop her off and pick her up on time. Fernando was very accommodating and kind to our change up! He sent us plenty of pictures and updates letting us know she was settling in and made sure she had eaten breakfast. He took our booking last minute and responded extremely quickly. He is a little higher than the other dog watchers but the peace of mind is worth it to me. 10/10 would book again. Suki comes back tired and happy!
