“This was perfect for what I needed. We had no local friends or family that could take our cat. We were going to be away but he couldn't be at the house because we were having work done on it while we were gone. They took our cat into their home. I was surprised to see they had other cats when I arrived. But one question on the survey was if your pet does well with other cats, which he does, but cats tend to not be friendly with new cats initially so I was a bit worried they'd fight, but they had a separate area, a sun room that they allowed Sox to adjust in and during the week they had sent pictures of him being inside the home on the couch so obviously it was fine. I actually never met or dealt with Sarah only her Mom. Which I felt was odd. I was expecting the person pictured, the person I paid. Her Mom was lovely and clearly there were no issues and my cat was returned safely to me, I just felt it was odd the Sarah was sleeping or "resting because she works a lot" both times I was there. I didn't take any stars off my review for that, because again the service accomplished what I needed which was my cat to be cared for outside of my home.”
“Mayra and her husband was so warm welcoming! They let me know where Milo would be playing and hanging out. Which left me at easy leaving my baby boy. As well Mayra loves playing little games with the doggies she sent me a video of my Milo playing the game and doing so well! Prior to Clem's stay, they asked all the right questions about how to care for her and what they could do to help with any anxiety, when to feed her how much, etc., We felt very comfortable with them and liked both of them very much! I had to go to urgent care before dropping them off and was going to be late and had a car issue before picking them up. She accomidated me both times and was great about it. We were very rude in that we didn't drop her off and pick her up on time. Fernando was very accommodating and kind to our change up! He sent us plenty of pictures and updates letting us know she was settling in and made sure she had eaten breakfast. He took our booking last minute and responded extremely quickly. He is a little higher than the other dog watchers but the peace of mind is worth it to me. 10/10 would book again. Suki comes back tired and happy!
