Cassandra did a great job taking care of my cat, Gigi, while I was away. Gigi is very shy and kept to herself the whole time, but Cassandra was very understanding and patient with her. She also kept me updated throughout my trip, which gave me peace of mind knowing Gigi was being cared for. We were very rude in that we didn't drop her off and pick her up on time. Fernando was very accommodating and kind to our change up! He sent us plenty of pictures and updates letting us know she was settling in and made sure she had eaten breakfast. He took our booking last minute and responded extremely quickly. He is a little higher than the other dog watchers but the peace of mind is worth it to me. 10/10 would book again. Suki comes back tired and happy!
