“Lorraine was great with my English bulldog Blu. She was very quick in responding to my messages. Two days before his stay with Lorraine he was bit by a spider and had an allergic reaction and she agreed to administer medication and took a great care of him. When we picked him up he looked happy and healthy so much so that he couldn’t care less that we were there to pick him up lol. Blu had a great time and we recommend and use Lorraine for future stays. “Penny and Ron are fantastic! It's never easy leaving your loved one with someone that you've just met but there's truly something special about them! Penny was very thorough and sincere in wanting to get to know everything she can about our boy. She took plenty of notes and communicated throughout his stay with plenty and pictures videos and texts. She made a report card of his stay with them (which is already the refrigerator) and placed it in a giftbag full of treats for him. Such a blessing to find people who truly care and love your fur baby just as much as we do! We could tell that he blended in perfectly with their routine and felt completely comfortable right away. “We were desperate last minute for someone to watch our dog on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. We reached out to Lydianis and her husband Alex on Rover. They were very quick to respond and continued with good communication throughout the entire time they had my dog. They took the time, at a very busy time of year, to meet us on the Sunday before at a local park and introduced their beautiful Lab Chase to us. Seeing how well they handled Chase and how understanding they were of Clementine’s intimidation, really eased our minds of my small dog being around a bigger dog and it showed how compassionate these two fun dog loving people are towards their guest dogs and owners. Prior to Clem's stay, they asked all the right questions about how to care for her and what they could do to help with any anxiety, when to feed her how much, etc., We felt very comfortable with them and liked both of them very much! We will definitely be calling again to have them watch our little fur baby!”
