About: My house has always been a home to a wide variety of pets, from dogs and cats to tortoises, bunnies, fish, and hamsters. Growing up surrounded by them means caring for animals has become a natural part of my life, and I developed a deep love for them early on. I am currently working part-time as an intern at ASU, and hours are very flexible, so I can be available to care for your pets whenever needed! I would feed them on schedule and play with them for hours. I would follow the exact instructions given and make sure to give them their medicine on time if necessary.
“Hillary was amazing and took phenomenal care of my 2 dogs while I was out of town! My dogs are a bit older and one of them has anxiety and Hillary made sure they both received the attention, love, and care they needed!”

“Rachael is the absolute best! We were so nervous going back to work with leaving our 5 month old boy at home, but since Rachael has been in our lives my stress levels have been so much better! It’s clear she is very passionate about animals and genuinely enjoys her time with our pup! He is so excited when she comes and he’s all tuckered out when she leaves. She takes so many pictures and writes the cutest updates after each visit. We feel so lucky to have found Rachael!”

“Thank you very much for your time and effort, to take good care of my three kitties. It was very nice of you, to send a picture of the cats every day and to be on time with their feeding habits and more.. much appreciated, it makes it so much easier, not to worry too much when you travel away.”

“Marci has been an incredible asset to our family. She is always available for last-minute bookings or when we have emergency situations like a flight delay. she takes care of my dog like it is one of her own.”

“Sydney was great at taking care of my bunnies and keeping me updated on their pet care routine daily. I appreciate her thoroughness and she kept attention to details I mentioned about their physiology and behavior”

“Vicki did an amazing job watching over my cats while I was away. I would highly recommend her for your pets care. I would definitely hire again the next time i need someone to look in on my pets.”

“I reached out to Jennifer as a last minute booking forbmy cmvacation when my regular pet sitter had an emergency and couldnt watch my place. She was quick to respond and set up a meeting right away. She was very thoughtful and attentive to my cat. I appreciated the updates and photos.”

“Gabriella was amazing! She was punctual, incredibly responsive, and kept me updated throughout my trip with lots of photos, which gave me so much peace of mind. She was reliable, communicative, and clearly took great care of my tortoise. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and will absolutely be booking with Gabriella again whenever I need someone to care for my tortoise. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a dependable and caring pet sitter!”

“Allie was great. She took care of our both cats when we were traveling. Allie was very communicative and caring. Looking forward to working with Allie in the future.”

About: Dogs have been part of my life for as long as I can remember! From snow days and trampoline adventures with my dog Bear to life with my two loyal Rhodesian Ridgebacks, animals have always been my happy place. These days, our sweet rescue Stella keeps life calm and cozy, and I still find that animals naturally seem to trust and connect with me. I’ve even taken obedience training classes because I genuinely love learning more about dog behavior and communication. I’m comfortable with energetic pups, gentle seniors, big dogs, little dogs, and yes — cats too (even if we can’t have them at home because of allergies). My goal is always to make pets feel safe, loved, comfortable, and cared for while you’re away. Pet care fits naturally into our family’s daily routine. I’m a teacher, so I’m home during summers and school breaks, including two weeks each in fall, winter, and spring. My work schedule when teaching allows me to stop by home during lunch to check in on pets and I’m home by 3:30 PM leaving the evening open for playtime and companionship. Our two boys (13 and 15) also love animals and are learning responsibility by helping care for pets alongside me — giving extra love, playtime, walks, and attention. As a family, we’re able to comfortably provide care in our home or stop by for feedings, walks, check-ins, and play visits throughout the day. During the school year, I’m available before 7:00 AM and after 3:30 PM. I care for pets like they’re part of the family! I love greeting them with excitement, giving them attention, playtime, cuddles, and making sure they feel comfortable and loved while you’re away. I enjoy taking dogs on walks or runs, playing fetch, and honestly love when they get the zoomies and show their personalities. Safety is always a priority. In our home, pets are supervised and can be safely crated or given their own quiet room if needed for rest, comfort, or separation. We have a fully fenced yard for outdoor play and a dog door so pets can move in and out comfortably throughout the day. We do have a pool that is not fenced, so I make sure dogs are monitored outside and will always follow the owner’s instructions regarding outdoor access and supervision. Whether caring for pets in my home or yours, my goal is to make them feel safe, happy, exercised, and loved.
About: I have had the ability to have 2 small shelter rescue dogs, Neptune and Apollo. Neptune is no longer with us, but he and Apollo were both well trained and loved life. I have grown up around dogs and dog sat for several family members and friends in the past. I will make sure your dog is having fun and loving life when they are with me. I am currently a college student and have a very flexible schedual with most afternoon and evenings available along with the weekends. I do attend church for 2 hours on Sunday, but other than that I can be with your pet all weekend long. I check water bowls every hour and set alarms on my phone to make sure I never miss feeding time or medication. I play with your pets and take them on long walks when it is safe temperature wise to do so. Any medical concern will be run by the pet parent first unless a dire emergency arises, in which I will need preference(s) for vet(s) in the area listed ahead of time.
“Kelsey has been great with our two puppies! Very reliable on drop-in visits. We always get thorough notes and pictures, they look like they are having such a great time!”

“Hayden was fantastic and took wonderful care of my 2 dogs, Major and Dexter while I was away!! My dogs are both older and one of them has anxiety and Hayden made sure they both were able to use the bathroom, stayed hydrated, fed, played with them outside, and gave them the TLC they needed!! I will gladly use Hayden again next time I’m out of town!”

About: Hi there! We're Stephanie and Joseph, and we've been passionate pet sitters for over 6 years. Our experience spans all breeds and sizes! In October 2021, we adopted and welcomed our own four-legged family member, Shyla, an American Terrier. She’s been an incredible addition to our lives and absolutely loves making new furry friends. Shyla has a friendly and welcoming nature, and she’s yet to meet a dog she doesn’t get along with. Whether your dog is playful or prefers a calm companion, we’re confident they’ll feel right at home with us and Shyla. We both work hybrid schedules with our full-time jobs, which gives us the flexibility needed to care for your pup. We typically schedule our work commitments between 10am-3pm, so we aim to have drop-offs and pick-ups outside of those hours. However, with prior communication, we can typically accommodate different times as needed. The great thing is that there are two of us, so we always have more hands on deck, and one of us is almost always home or near home to ensure your pet gets the attention and care they need. At our home, we have a fenced-in backyard with high brick walls where your dog is welcome to roam and play safely. We believe in maintaining your dog’s normal routine to help them feel comfortable and secure, so please share any specifics about their habits. Whether your dog is crate-trained, has couch restrictions, or loves daily walks, we’re happy to accommodate! Walks are already part of our routine, as our own dog enjoys them daily, so your pup will get plenty of exercise and fresh air. Our goal is to ensure your dog feels at home while staying with us. Let us know about their unique quirks, personalities, and any preferences they have. We’ll do our best to make their stay as enjoyable and comfortable as possible!
“Thank you so much for taking car of my boys. They were happy to us when we got home, which normally we get the cold shoulder for at least a day. With them being happy, I know they were well taken care of.”
About: Animals have always been apart of my life, and now I am lucky to have them at the center of it! I run my own small animal rescue, dedicated to rodents, rabbits, fish, reptiles and other small critters! I have hands on experience in all of these little guys, as well as birds, dogs, cats, and more. I also volunteer at a dog and cat shelter, where I walk and feed everybody daily as well as keep them company. I am happy to work with shy or reactive animals, as my passion is rehabilitating animals in need of a little extra patience. I run my rescue in my home, so I am available to sit or walk animals most days and can visit often! I have time to stay with animals in their home for some extra snuggles while their family is away. I am happy to follow all care instructions left by you, such as when to walk, feed, crate, and clean your pets' area! I am experienced in giving medication, orally and by injection, so I can continue a health regime if needed. I also have experience in small animal care, such as feeding fish and reptiles, and the general maintenance for rodents, rabbits, birds and fish.

Elise has been my sitter for the past year. She is flexible and understanding which is great. Most importantly though, she’s reliable. I never worry about whether my cats are being taken care of while I’m on trips and I’m able to easily relax. Thanks so much for all the help!
Tanessa was an absolute massive help for me while I was away on a weekend trip! Not only did I request the booking on shorter notice, but my dog had an accident inside the apartment while I was gone. Tanessa not only cleaned up after him without a worry in the world, she also offered to stop by 2x more times than asked just to make sure my dog was ok. Truly couldn’t recommend a better sitter and I’ll be a repeat customer for sure!

Rachel took such good care of my cautious 4 month old kitty. She consistently showed up at the time requested and did everything I asked. He is very timid but she still tried to play with him and he eventually opened up a bit. Thank you so much Rachel!! I’ll definitely be booking again!

Sara took wonderful care of my cat, Ava, while I was away on vacation. She was incredibly attentive and made sure Ava always had fresh water, kept her litter box clean, and even gave her the wet food I left as a special treat. I really appreciated that she sent me daily updates with messages and photos, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was traveling. When I got home, Ava was happy, relaxed, and clearly well cared for. I would absolutely book with Sara again.

Stephanie was so good with Tink! She played with her, walked her and tink warmed up so quickly to her! She will be a lifetime sitter for us!! She sent so many updates that gave me so much comfort as I was all the way in Wisconsin. She even went above and beyond and took care of my kitties litter boxes and making sure their food dish was full! I’m pretty sure Tink didn’t even notice I was gone for this week - and I’m perfectly okay with that because that means she was super comfortable with Stephanie!

Liz was amazing!!! Thus was my first time having someone come to my home to take care of my Apollo. She made the process soo easy and updated me on everything. She communicates perfectly and most importantly Apollo loved her from the first day. Thanks again, she will always be my go to when I need assistance.

Wow, what an amazing first experience to have using the Rover App! Our Golden girl was in the best hands with Ali. The adorable updates with photos and a breakdown of each visit are something our little family looked forward to each day. Ali was quick with her responses and never hesitated to reach out for clarification on any of Mia’s needs. She went above and beyond expectations. Mia made a new best friend. We will definitely use her again!
