Rachael is the best. This was our first experience using Rover and we couldn’t be any happier by the service she provided. She was extremely professional and went far above and beyond anything we could have imagined. She cared for our baby Arya as excellent as we would have expected. Her communication with us was flawless and was always giving us very detailed updates which gave us a piece of mind while we were on our vacation knowing everything that was going on. She always gave us a heads up if plans had change but also gave us options for us to make the decision that made us feel more comfortable. Not only she spoiled Arya, but she also spoiled us, since she raised the bar so high for what to expect when someone cares for our baby. We will be definitely using her services again.

Rachael is so dependable and we feel super comfortable with her care. Our cats love her and she really takes time to engage with them every day.

I would definitely give Rachel more than 5 stars, if possible. My elderly girl is sometimes reluctant to meeting new people. Rachel went out of her way to do 2 meet and greats to assure Bella would be comfortable with her, even though Bella had taken to her immediately. Rachel is an exceptionally, caring pet caregiver. She treated Bella as if she were her own. Rachel was very communicative sending me daily updates and pictures. I was totally comfortable and confident that Bella was in good hands. Rachel was reliable and responsible following Bella’s schedule of meds and meals. I can’t say enough positive comments about how wonderful it was to have Rachel in my home and with my Bella. I have scheduled Rachel for my next trip away.

Rachael is everything you want in a pet sitter; caring, responsible, kind, thoughtful, and positive. When she arrived for the meet n greet, my dogs immediately were fond of her! She asked all the right questions. During the sitting, she sent daily texts with lots of pictures. I could tell by what she was saying in her texts that she really knew our fur babies. It wasn't just 'they are doing great' but why they were doing great and descriptions of their behavior that were spot on. It's hard to be away from your pets, but when you have someone like Rachael caring for them, it makes it so much easier.

Rachael was so wonderful and a joy to interact with! I could tell she really loves and cares for cats and took great care of my babies :) And kudos to taking better pictures of them than I do lol
